Spectacular sea view. Beautiful beach. 3 bedroom, 2 bath, furnished apartment. Air conditioning, dining room, living room with sofa and TV, internet, refrigerator, full kitchen, toaster, blender, microwave oven, coffee maker, fans, balcony with nice sea view, swimming pool for children, swimming pool for adults. We are in the Milina sector. The condominium is called Torre Oceánica and we are 1 block from the Hostería el Faro and 4 blocks from the Supermaxi.

One block away from entrance to la Chocolatera, one block away from the towers "punta pacifico", with Sea View in Salinas-Chipipe with the most beautiful beach of the Peninsula. Fully furnished, a/c in living room and bedrooms, WIFI and Smart TV. The apartment comes along with a stand-up paddle board, a surfboard (long board) and a boxing bag with gloves. The apartment is located on the top floor (4th floor) and has no elevator.

I traveled with my family (5). The apartment is very nice, as shown in the photos. It had all the amenities to make us feel at home. The accommodation included a safe parking lot for our vehicle. We also had access to the building's pool. It is 3 blocks from the beach, which makes it perfect for walking and avoiding the noise of the pier area. Quiet, safe area. We loved the apartment, we look forward to returning soon.

James is a great host..The living space was very comfortable and the building is well managed and maintained. The private outdoor veranda with a table and chairs provides a view of the malecon, the beach and the sea is really nice as well. He also put together a really good and very detailed "welcome folder" full of great suggestions, where to go and what to look out for.... very helpful. The custodian of the building Pedro was usually at the door entrance is a very nice man . I recommend and look forward to the next visit to Salinas and hope the apartment will be available again!

I had a great experience in this apartment in Salinas. It is very conveniently located, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, which made our stay much easier. The place is comfortable, clean and well-equipped, ideal for resting and enjoying. Communication with the host was quick and cordial at all times. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future.
