We will provide the first floor of a two-story two-family home. We have just renovated the house, so the bathroom, kitchen, toilet and living room are all new. It is a convenient location for those who want to use it as a base for sightseeing in Hakone or Kamakura, exploring the area, watching various sports (J league, B league, professional baseball, athletics, beach volleyball) and participating in competitions, as well as for remote work, and we recommend using it as a multipurpose space. We also provide cooking utensils for those who want to cook. There is a supermarket that sells fresh ingredients nearby, so you can also enjoy doing your own cooking. It's best to use it as if it were a villa in Hiratsuka. Although the COVID-19 pandemic is in a state of contraction, we continue to receive guidance from the health center, and at the same time, due to the impact of the war in Ukraine, we also receive guidance from the police as a counter-terrorism measure. This facility is a self-check-in accommodation where you will not see any staff, and can accommodate up to 10 people, so even if you are a family, you can use the entire room with peace of mind. The Kayagasaki area is lined with fashionable shops such as restaurants, cafes, surf shops, and variety shops, but it is also in a very good location as a base for travel in the Shonan area such as Kamakura and Enoshima. There are many Zen temples in Kita Kamakura.This [Sumika Exploration House] is located in the mountains by small paths and stairs. Outside the large window is the ginkgo and the mimiji.You can see fresh greenery in spring, plenty of leaves in summer, yellow leaves and autumn foliage in autumn, and Ofuna Kannon in winter. There is no parking lot as it is only accessible by stairs.Instead, there is no sound of cars, all you can hear is the sound of birds chirping, the sound of rinsing around the roof, and the sound of the wind shaking the leaves. Go out to the garden and cut seasonal flowers in the room.I make my own coffee with a mille.There is no excessive service here, but please leave your senses open to your comfort.
