Apartment is beautiful and had incredible views!

The apartment was beautiful. It was just like the pictures, the amenities were amazing and we really enjoyed our stay there. As for the host, Juan Carlos was very friendly and gave un great recommendations.

A quite nice place, well located, very recommended

Miguel was an excellent host. The place provided is just like the pictures, with a beautiful rooftop pool. The unit has huge floor-to-ceiling windows that just light the whole place up and make it feel super open with lots of natural light. Everything is new and clean, with cool tile floors—just an overall very peaceful place to stay. A 10-minute walk to the mall, there's a great coffee place called Momu a quick 5-minute walk away where they are very friendly and offer a ton of nearby whole and vegan food options that are delicious. They also have a great coffee menu. The unit that Miguel offers is very close, maybe a 5-minute walk, to a grocery store with fresh produce and all the essentials needed. The complex is secure and very well lit up, super safe. Very nice people in this area and very helpful to new people to the neighborhood. This was a great place to stay. I work remotley and never had issues with the internet. I would most definitely stay here again this place was great!!!

Everything is very good, the facilities are new and the parents! The apartment is very well-equipped and I liked it because it's the PB. We went as a family, I had small children and they enjoyed the pool as well as the baby room. I recommend it ☺️

The apartment, the area and especially the service of Yolanda and Mauricio were more than excellent. I would definitely stay here again. We arrived after a bad experience with another rental and from the first moment they helped us with everything. They were always available, attentive and with the best disposition to make our stay comfortable and carefree. Thank you for everything. 100% recommended!

Excellent location, a really beautiful apartment, we spent 8 days for my husband's recovery and it was amazing to 🫢 wake up and see the lake. Wow, that's priceless, an incredibly beautiful view, we could go for a quiet walk. I felt at home and Charito's service was wonderful, she was always attentive, and when I had any questions she answered quickly, she was very kind and friendly. Rating 11 out of 10. When I return to Merida I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful accommodation, with an incredible rooftop with pool which is very nice. The accommodation is in a very good location with shopping centers right next door as well as restaurants, oxxo etc. José was a very friendly and responsive host. I would recommend it 100%

The apartment is very complete, everything is very clean, sheets, towels, etc., the condominium is very quiet... ideal if you want to go to rest. The location is ideal, it's excellent. From the security guards and the host Monica, very friendly and always very available... I would definitely stay again without hesitation

Excellent service from Fabiola and the rest of the team. They were awaiting our arrival and departure. I had a problem with the lock and they fixed it for me immediately. The apartment and amenities are amazing.

Good place to be with the family, lots of privacy, easy access, I would wash this place again!!

After a couple issues at another place I chose Laura’s place. I am so glad I did! This time I chose to stay a little away from centro. The place is just as described and better, but what I found to be the best part was the superb customer service that I received there. The place is away from centro in a private community but close to visit when needed. The place was clean and very comfortable. We were able to get into the community pool which was a few steps in front of our place. We also had our private smaller pool if needed, but we enjoyed interacting with the community people. I would definitely recommend it. We will be back!

Very nice house located in Centro within walkable distance to a lot of restaurants and nice spots. Had trouble at check in because the lockbox password had been changed and when we got the updated code the keys were not there so we had to wait outside until the keys were retrieved which wasn’t a great start to our trip after a long day flying. Other than that, the house is huge, beautiful and it was great for our family. P.S. don’t forget your bug spray because mosquitoes in Merida are wild!

My family considers that the house is very spacious and beautiful, there was always good communication with the host, the rules are clear and precise although somewhat limiting, which does not allow you to enjoy as in your house, the beds seemed good with some exception, in general a good stay, I did not have a response for a flexible schedule despite the fact that in their information you have to anticipate it and pay to obtain it, it is important to take care of the limits specified in the rules so that you do not have extra charges. It's really one of the best places I've stayed in, the sunset of the place doesn't do justice to the photos, it's wonderful! My family had an incredible time! The house is fully habitable has absolutely everything you need for your stay and the administrator was always super friendly and communicated frequently. Although there is a tenant in the back space, we never had any problem, we didn't really notice his presence. Dulce, thank you very much for this wonderful space, we will definitely return soon.
