Vacation rentals with a patio in Chicxulub

We really enjoyed our stay! Marco and Alfredo are great hosts and were very responsive to anything we needed! The pool is fabulous and clean. The place is large and very comfortable like the photos. The bed is very comfortable! They supply water which is always good and there is a fabulous frutería right across the street which is so great for longer stays! Great view from the rooftop, nice little beach at the end of the street! The road can be a little bit busy..There is also a kindergarten off the back. All in all a great place to stay and relax!

Excellent place, exclusive area, new facilities and furniture. Definitely nice. I would go back to the same place and with more time to enjoy the facilities.

The apartment was clean and smelled of clean! very well equipped! It has an optimal design and the facilities are nice, in good condition and with a very nice aesthetic. Miguel is very attentive and the manager David gave us a brief and clear explanation of the dynamics to follow. The sea is like 100 meters away and I would definitely stay there again! We had a great time! We were fortunate that there were few guests so we enjoyed the silence and stillness of the environment! THANK YOU!!!

The response time was excellent, we did request extra beach and bath towels and they arrived within 24 hours of requesting. Thank you to you and your team for everything. Also the onsite te of Antonio and his wife are amazing!

We loved it, everything as shown in the pictures, impeccable 1000/10, very safe, Willy's service is very good, he shares info about nearby places for meals, etc. Although relatively everything is close, I recommend renting a car... we will definitely return. We had an amazing time

Roxana is an excellent host, from before arriving she was clear, friendly and I try to make everything easier, she was very attentive and quick responses. He welcomed us with some coconuts 🥥 that are appreciated 🙏🏼 in terms of the house has a perfect sea view, the terrace and pool are very nice to spend hours, the beds are comfortable and the house was very clean. We'll definitely be back, thank you Roxana for everything !!

Vanne was an excellent host at all times, attentive to the needs that arose, the house was very comfortable and the beach location was excellent. The beach is very nice, you can go in without any worries. Luxury sunrises and sunsets, I recommend it and most importantly Vanne's attention, a luxury of a person, of course we will return, I felt right at home. Thank you very much

I went with my sisters and their friends, we just walked in and loved it from the beginning, I recommend this place 100%, super comfortable, private, spacious, just very cozy… it makes you feel at home. They were unique days, the hosts were super friendly and always attentive. 10/10 Don't miss out on a beautiful experience

My family and I had a great stay - Mike’s place offered a beautiful, stunning view and was very peaceful. The private beach with the hammock was something we all took advantage of.

Lovely spacious stay, with only a few steps to the beach! We loved how there were beach items available for us to use. Quiet neighbourhood!

Besides being a very nice house. I liked it a lot, being able to rent it for one night...That was very good, because most of the houses in the area rent it for two nights... My friends and I enjoyed it a lot, in addition to being a few steps away from the sea.

I’ll be back to stay again! I agree with other reviews that the photos don’t do this place justice. It’s a beautiful and unique property. The nearby public stadium was fabulous for a morning/evening run and strength training - always active. The swimming pool is peaceful, the air conditioning quite cool, and the shower hot. The location was perfect for me as I like to be close to the action but not in the action. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the apartment, the location is perfect, just a few steps from restaurants, cafes and an OXXO. Luis was very attentive to our needs and quickly and efficiently solved the problems we had. We would definitely return to stay at the accommodation.

Ignacio is a super host , pending and kind, resolving doubts and being very attentive to any requested specification. The apartment is undoubtedly a great place to live with, with all the amenities and equipment working perfectly. They even have details such as chairs and beach umbrella, lots of towels for all use . Regarding the complex, I think that the common space and pool are somewhat small especially if all the dptos are occupied at the same time, or if there are small ones in the family it could be complicated that everyone lives in the same space. The rooftop is beautiful and very complete for meeting, table chairs, hammocks, swings and so on in super nice conditions. Just as an extra, the bathrooms were not as clean or I don't know how often they were cleaned, but I couldn't occupy them the night I decided to meet on the terrace. Those common areas are not the responsibility of Ignacio, if so they would have been perfect, safe

The place is absolutely magnificent, Alfonso was always attentive and gave us very good recommendations. Whenever I can, I'll come back here because we had an amazing time. Thank you so🥰 much!!!!

The apartment is fully equipped for families, the fact of being fully air-conditioned is something that is totally appreciated, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, I love when there is water to drink from arrival, salt, oil, sugar, etc is appreciated so much. We went by wedding anniversary and Caro was proactive to recommend options to celebrate, the roof top is a must to get upstairs but completely worth it, the beach is a block away but it is very close. If you are undecis@ you already found your place!!!
