IT IS A TROPICAL AREA WITH A LOT OF VEGETATION, STREETS OF SEA SAND AND OF COURSE INSECTS. THE HOUSE IS 15 MINUTES FROM PROGRESO AND 25 FROM MERIDA, THE MOST IMPORTANT CITY IN THE SOUTHEAST. YOUR NEIGHBORS ARE PROFESSIONALS AND FISHERMEN, HONORABLE PEOPLE. THE PLACE IS COMFORTABLE WITHOUT BEING A 5-STAR HOTEL. IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE TROPICS, I DON'T RECOMMEND IT

Located right on the beach, this home has been renovated and decorated to be a relaxing paradise. The bedroom balconies face the water and have beautiful views! Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, new mattresses and pillows, flatscreen TV and A/C. A separate laundry room has a new washer and dryer and the spacious kitchen has all new appliances. There is whole house WIFI and cable TV which includes HBO. The home is in walking distance to restaurants and markets.
