Enjoyed the residence and the amenities. There was some road noise but nothing too late at night. Mario was very responsive and helpful. He was proactive, reaching out to see if we needed anything. Definitely would recommend.

A super nice accommodation, the place is spotless and very cozy, it has everything you need to have a comfortable and quiet stay. Very close to downtown and Paseo Montejo, the area is also super quiet! Renee was very attentive and kind, she gave us good directions and recommendations to have a pleasant stay! We would definitely come back.

The apartment is amazing, great location, extraordinary facilities. If you want to go and relax in a good place in Puerto Progreso, this is the place. Buuut, if you want to go to the beach, it's not such a suitable place. Although it has access to the beach a few meters away, the beaches are neglected and it is not a place you can enjoy

Very good accommodation, everything was perfect. Upon arrival it was clean and tidy, it was just like the photos and the description of what it included, very attentive host and always communicated for any questions... excellent choice for a pleasant stay.

Karla’s place is nice. We stayed there for 1 month. Things we liked, a comfortable bed, a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, top floor sea view, being right on the beach. Things we weren’t as crazy about, the stairs. I know that it’s made clear in the description that there are stairs. As 2 people in the late 60’s, the stairs became more of an issue for us as time went on. Just saying, take it seriously if you’re older. There are multiple routes in the sand from the main road to the condo. Be familiar with them, so that when it rains, you can pick a route that’s not flooded. The wind was good and bad. At times, it was nice and constant and most of the time was our “A/C”. Other times you had to be careful opening the door so nothing got knocked over. From the condo we drove to Uxmal and Kabah as well as Chichen Itzá. Also went to Tekit. All easy drives. Like I said, overall we had a good time.

The place is exactly as in the photos and description, it is a comfortable, quiet, beautiful place, the beach is within walking distance, my family and I enjoyed the stay very much, if you need a car, as it is low season there is not much to do in the area and Progreso is 15 minutes away and Mérida is 30 minutes away. I definitely recommend the place and Barbara was always attentive to my concerns, thank you for everything Barbara 🫶🏻

The apartment is very nice and comfortable as shown in the photos, you can see the sunset and swim in the sea, the pool is a little small but you can also enjoy it. I recommend renting a car since there are no large stores to do the grocery shopping near the apartment and some locations are a little far away. If you want to have a delicious breakfast or dinner, the coffee house is a very good option. In the area you can take a taxi to some tourist areas that are not so far away. In addition, in the park you can take a minibus that can take you to Progreso for $15 pesos. Other than that, the accommodation is amazing. I recommend it.

We had a great stay from start to finish! The place was very clean, exactly as shown in the photos. Communication with the host was quick, friendly and always willing to answer any questions we had. We felt so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers looking for a cozy place with a breathtaking view of the sea.

5:30am - Wake up in a luxurious bed looking out at the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Make a cup of coffee and enjoy watching the sunrise from the spacious balcony with new and comfortable furniture. Watch the pelicans gracefully float overhead as you drink your second cup of coffee. 7:00am - Go for a walk on the sandy beach as the water laps at your ankles. Discover various species of fish and rays as the morning sun radiates on your skin. 8:30 - Get into the water with kayaks and paddleboards provided with the unit. Refresh in the cool, shallow water. 10:00am - Prepare a delicious, healthy breakfast in the clean, large, incredibly furnished kitchen (blender, air fryer, micro, etc.) 11:00am - Relax and read by the sparkling clean pool 5:00PM - Enjoy a cold martini on the heavenly balcony watching the sun set over the western waters 6:30PM - Chow down on the delicious pizza made by the cohost who lives just below the unit. (try the Ricardo Special) Repeat tomorrow. Six stars!

An excellent option to stay!!

The place has an incredible view of the sea, that was what we liked the most. The apartment has everything described, and the kitchen has many utensils too. The jacuzzi area is also very comfortable, just if you consider the very strong breeze there due to the orientation of the building. The elevator didn't work and the apartment is on the 6th floor, and likewise the rooftop pool was dirty, I think that's the administration because they are common areas but it was something that didn't convince us. Likewise, it had no door where the jacuzzi area connected to the rooftop pool (common area). They told us that the door broke the day before. However, if we had wanted to have more privacy in that area, everything else was amazing. Yes, we would go back.

My experience in this apartment was excellent. The place was spotless, well-equipped and perfectly located near all the main amenities and attractions. The decor is cozy and modern, which makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. In addition, the host's service was exceptional: always available for any questions and attentive to details to make sure my stay was perfect.
