Very nice house, close to everything, beautiful garden.

Enjoyed the residence and the amenities. There was some road noise but nothing too late at night. Mario was very responsive and helpful. He was proactive, reaching out to see if we needed anything. Definitely would recommend.

Super good accommodation. Easy to get to, very nice and comfortable. René is super attentive at all times, friendly and willing to help with any issue. Highly recommended.

Miguel’s place was beautiful and súper Clean. My friends and I loved it and Can’t wait to be back.

The location is great, very close to malecón, the place is very comfortable. Claudia was always helpful and easy to reach, very accommodating to the changing situation I had in my trip, highly recommend the place

The building is very clean and both the pool and the beach are worth it. The departmentamente spacious, sufficient rooms and good size, all with bathroom. It just didn't cool the main air. But everything was very good.

All in all, exactly what we were looking for. The place is a clean contrast to the derelict nature of the neighborhood. Definitely not touristy, though in walking distance of the best maintained beach on the coast. I should know, I walked the whole coast in the surf. Quiet, lots of Canadians, some Australians, not a lot of nasty US folk to disturb the peace. Awesome paintings throughout the inside. The fact there's no TV was welcome declutter, we were there to rest, not keep our eyes tired. The wifi in bed is spotty, more incentive to rest instead of using smartphones. At the entrance, kitchen area the wifi signal is strong and bandwidth was enough for our needs. Even the wrong address isn't the fault of the host: the city rezoned recently and Airbnb hadn't yet updated the listed location. Ensure that you follow the directions provided by the host in his excellent communication, instead of the ones listed. If the water and beach were cleaner, I would see ourselves returning for more.

The stay at Willy and Cindy's apartment was such a great time, my family and I really enjoyed every minute of our stay there. Place was nice and clean, the main building Neek Kaan, is an apartments complex with many commodities and great for having a wonderful time with friends and loved ones. And about the hosts, Willy and Cindy are so friendly, always helpful, eager to give good advices about the surroundings and the local gastronomy, and I'm very thankful for all their recommendations, I'm already planning on my next visit there. Definitely staying there was such a delight! 😁

The Victoria apartment is amazing! I imagined a small apartment, but it was the opposite. It also has a beautiful view (you can see the port of Chicxulub, the pool and the sea). the rooms are spacious and the air conditioning works very well. It has the necessary appliances for any activity you need, such as cooking, refrigerating, blending, heating, etc. (only we had the problem that the washing machine did not work, but if that is solved, you have everything!) There were 7 of us in the apartment and we all thought it was a great decision to rent Victoria's apartment. We are grateful for the hospitality and prompt response, we would definitely go again.

Everything was very nice and pleasant, only the time when they turn off the pool lights did not please me, since we are on vacation at 11 I wanted to go swimming and the lights were off. But apart from that, everything was excellent. I would recommend it

The place is just like the listing images, the location is good.

Karla’s place is nice. We stayed there for 1 month. Things we liked, a comfortable bed, a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, top floor sea view, being right on the beach. Things we weren’t as crazy about, the stairs. I know that it’s made clear in the description that there are stairs. As 2 people in the late 60’s, the stairs became more of an issue for us as time went on. Just saying, take it seriously if you’re older. There are multiple routes in the sand from the main road to the condo. Be familiar with them, so that when it rains, you can pick a route that’s not flooded. The wind was good and bad. At times, it was nice and constant and most of the time was our “A/C”. Other times you had to be careful opening the door so nothing got knocked over. From the condo we drove to Uxmal and Kabah as well as Chichen Itzá. Also went to Tekit. All easy drives. Like I said, overall we had a good time.

Everything was excellent. Clear instructions for getting there, using the facilities, etc. etc. Everything is just like the photos, with everything you need to spend a few days and close to shops, restaurants and markets. Very nice apartment, thank you so much for everything.

The apartment is amazing, great location, extraordinary facilities. If you want to go and relax in a good place in Puerto Progreso, this is the place. Buuut, if you want to go to the beach, it's not such a suitable place. Although it has access to the beach a few meters away, the beaches are neglected and it is not a place you can enjoy

We had a great stay from start to finish! The place was very clean, exactly as shown in the photos. Communication with the host was quick, friendly and always willing to answer any questions we had. We felt so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers looking for a cozy place with a breathtaking view of the sea.

5:30am - Wake up in a luxurious bed looking out at the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Make a cup of coffee and enjoy watching the sunrise from the spacious balcony with new and comfortable furniture. Watch the pelicans gracefully float overhead as you drink your second cup of coffee. 7:00am - Go for a walk on the sandy beach as the water laps at your ankles. Discover various species of fish and rays as the morning sun radiates on your skin. 8:30 - Get into the water with kayaks and paddleboards provided with the unit. Refresh in the cool, shallow water. 10:00am - Prepare a delicious, healthy breakfast in the clean, large, incredibly furnished kitchen (blender, air fryer, micro, etc.) 11:00am - Relax and read by the sparkling clean pool 5:00PM - Enjoy a cold martini on the heavenly balcony watching the sun set over the western waters 6:30PM - Chow down on the delicious pizza made by the cohost who lives just below the unit. (try the Ricardo Special) Repeat tomorrow. Six stars!

An excellent option to stay!!

My experience in this apartment was excellent. The place was spotless, well-equipped and perfectly located near all the main amenities and attractions. The decor is cozy and modern, which makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. In addition, the host's service was exceptional: always available for any questions and attentive to details to make sure my stay was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and quality. I hope to be back soon!
