Family-friendly vacation rentals in Chichibu

Haruo’s place is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to highways and attractions nearby Yamanashi! The traditional Japanese house with beautiful backyard (with views of the mt Fuji when weather allows) is all you need for a great getaway! Haruo is very friendly and greeted us on arrival and gave us nearby recommendations for places to see and eat! We would definitely be back whenever we visit yamanashi again!

Nori-san's place is great, it has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The location is great, you'll be close to many shops and restaurants while also being close to the train station to explore more of Tokyo. Nori-san also provided good recommendations close by which was appreciated. No complaints, I would stay here again if I get the chance.

とてもきれいなお部屋でした。 お布団もひいてあり、夜に到着したので、すぐに寝ることができて良かったです。 隣に温泉施設があり、歩いて2分のところに神社と公園もあります。 観光も楽しめるし、ゆっくりと過ごすこともできます。 また利用したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

Yoshi 的民宿设施太齐全了，各种充电线，充电宝，西瓜卡，书籍，游戏机都有准备。房间的装修设施也很现代化，离浅草寺步行五分钟左右，周边商店和餐饮都非常丰富，闹中取静的一家民宿，而且非常干净，有机会会再次光临

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Staying in Keiko’s home was truly one of the greatest honors of our time in Japan—it was a highlight of the entire trip. From the moment we walked through her door, we were immersed in Japanese culture. Keiko greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. She patiently guided us through everything, showing us how to use her space with care and respect. Her home is a reflection of her spirit—graceful, serene, and full of beauty. I was deeply moved and inspired by her presence and generosity. Being invited to take part in her traditional Japanese tea ceremony was an experience I will never forget. She took the time to teach us the rituals and meaning behind each step, explaining everything with such clarity and heart. She dressed us in beautiful kimonos, carefully helping us put them on the correct way. Drinking matcha that was pure and fresh—words fail me. It was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. Loved staying here! The beds were very comfy, and the room had all the essentials you could ever need! Mr.Masakatsu was incredibly friendly and welcoming, he carried my stuff to my room and showed me all the amenities of my room. The room itself is a 6 min walk to the train station which is super nice! I would love to be able to come back here on my next trip!

We were very happy with Akari’s place!! Azabu-Juban is a great spot, the apartment is near supermarkets, good restaurants, good bakeries, and close by to the subway. Akari gave very clear instructions, it was everything we had hoped for. We especially love the laundry and the bathroom setup to hang the cloths dry with the help of heat fan. Overall highly recommended!!!

We had a great stay, it was very spacious which was great for us as we had our baby with us. Kotaro is a friendly, thoughtful and helpful host.

Kanako was awesome!! We had a sudden 7 hour delay for our flight out of Haneda leaving us stranded at the airport for 13 hours with 2 pets and no where to go. I found Kanako’s air bnb and messaged her earlier in the morning asking if we could come by around noon even though it was before check in time because we needed a place to go with our pets asap! She responded right away and let us come by whenever we were ready. The place was clean, convenient and just what we needed! It was so kind of her to take our pets too. She is an awesome host!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Nobu-san und Tatsuya-san Wohnung und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war super eingerichtet und zu Fuss ist Shibuya gemütlich innerhalb 15-20 Min. erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war ebenso fabelhaft. Yuki is very responsive and helpful! The area was perfect for our stay. Yuki told us about a festival that would be happening while we were there and it was an incredible experience! Yuki provided clear instructions on how to use the A/C, the washing machine, etc. She is a lovely and thoughtful host!

Looked at plenty of choices, but wished for a quieter neighborhood with close enough access to the sites & walkable to subway. Every household amenity was available for the visitor's use in the kitchen area and bathrooms. No sundries needed to be packed.Owner even left us some extra snacks, drink and fresh flowers as a wonderful welcoming. Free coffee at the lovely Reise cafe nearby arranged by the owner for his guest's. Japan will always be the safest, most ethical, polite, mindful country in the world, and the neighborhood rose to the occasion with the police station nearby. So safe, even walking late at night. Lawson nearby for food/snacks. (also, 7/11 for atm) Walked to Asakusa and Kappabashi, and subway station which was terrific. If loaded down with purchases, order gotaxi and it was a quick ride to the home from the station. Loved the place for our family. Please be mindful that the narrow stairs are very typical here. Having the extra space in a Japanese home is a gift.

Good place , near Haneda , on JY and JK Line by Chidorico train . Chieko was really Nice sadly I dont get Time to meet :( .

The place was much bigger than I imagined. The host was super friendly and even got my cat some gifts. The neighborhood is very safe, and you can easily reach the Keio line, and with about 30 minutes, be in Shibuya or Shinjuku.

The neighborhood is very friendly and welcoming. It’s conveniently located close to the train station and offers all necessary amenities. The place is clean and well-maintained, making it a great choice for a comfortable stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay here ! The house is very large with 4 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, bath tubs both indoors and outdoors and everything you need for a fantastic holiday. It is located in a peaceful forest area away from the crowds. If you have a dog, there are also plenty of facilities for your pet. Very easy to get from the house to Lake Kawaguchi and Chureito Pegoda, the 7 seas of Oshino, many temples, gardens, museums and also the F1 racetrack. If you have a car, this home is a perfect base to get everywhere. We really felt at home and enjoyed that everyone had their own bedroom with comfortable beds.

Don’t be put off by the rules- be respectful and this is a great stay. Nice and quiet and close to many food places and stations. The host is very helpful and responsive and even offered to make a restaurant reservation for us. We loved our stay!

Very clean place. About 13 minutes from the nearest station. I enjoyed the AC, amenities such as a kettle and toothbrush, among other things.

This place was perfect! Very close to the train station, great location. The apartment was sizable and very clean. We felt right at home immediately. I will definitely recommend this spot to anyone who plans to visit Tokyo!
