Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Chiapas

Alojamiento altamente recomendado, a mi familia le encantó, todo muy limpio y las camas muy cómodas, sin duda alguna regresaría a ocuparlo.

Fue un placer estar en la casa de Juan Carlos, casa linda y con mucho estilo, dio por mucho el extra en todo, la mejor experiencia que se a tenido

Un poco tardado para responder y la ubicación registrada no es la correcta, da a otra casa, fuera de eso todo excelente 👌

the house was very Nice , he was available with sevices and helped us get around . but there are cameras inside the Home which Made me feel like i might be invaded into with conversations. a little pricey compared to other local places not listed on Airbnb. but over allí place was súper Nice and clean .

Me alojé durante un mes y todo fue excelente. La cama es cómoda, hay mucha luz natural y la cocina tiene todo lo que podrías necesitar. Nunca tuve problemas con el internet y el agua de la regadera salía muy caliente. No podría haber pedido un mejor hospedaje.

solo una pequeña observación la tv si debe estar para mi en recibidor estoy encontra de tener las tv en las camas pero bueno eso es mi opinión. el baño de arriba no tenía opción de bañarse ahí me veían los vecinos eso no me agrado todo lo demás de diez

Lugar cerca de bastantes restaurantes, tiendas, farmacias, etc.. La zona donde está ubicado es tranquila, la casa es segura y cómoda, cuenta con todo lo necesario.

El lugar está muy bien situado, la atención es increíble, lo recomiendo muchísimo.

La habitación es tal cual la describe, la zona es tranquila, el lugar es muy cómodo, nosotros fuimos por viaje de la escuela y fueron muy amables y accesibles, estuvieron al pendiente y respondían rápido por cualquier cosa, está cerca de casi todo caminando o en taxi.

Le logement proposé par Rolando est très propre et bien situé à proximité du centre. Le rapport qualité prix est top. Attention le chien des voisins et les oiseaux peuvent être bruyants, mais pas la faute du propriétaire ! Je recommande ce logement pour ceux voulant visiter Oaxaca!

El alojamiento está en una zona tranquila por lo cual no hubo problema por el ruido, nos quedaba cerca de los lugares a los cuales queríamos ir. Respecto al espacio muy bonito, tranquilo y acogedor.

El lugar es mucha más hermoso de lo que se ve en fotos y muy tranquilo para poder descansar. Con una cocina bastante completa.

We stayed here for two months, April and May. The best thing about this apartment is the beautiful view of San Cristobal and the surrounding mountains from the terrace. The wonderful host, Luis, who lives on the premises, was educated and well-traveled, and we enjoyed talking with him about the different places we had both been in the world. He was also always immediately responsive to any issues we might have. We have lived all over the world since leaving the US 20 months ago, and the kitchen was quite large and, hands down, the best we have had anywhere. Also, we thought the beds were very comfortable. And the property also has its own washer and dryer. The house is divided into several Airbnb rentals. It is pretty walkable to El Centro and the Guadalupe Walking Street—about a 15 to 20-minute walk. In addition, there are restaurants, shops, a pharmacy and an OXXO close by. The park is about a half-block away, and it is easy and inexpensive to get a taxi from there to anywhere in San Cristobal. The downside would be the same as everywhere in Mexico that we have been—noise, although the internet (usually a problem) was actually pretty good here, and compared to other places we have been in Mexico, we really couldn’t complain much. The street has a fair amount of traffic, but we didn’t hear a lot of dogs barking, which is usually a big problem for us in Mexico; however, we did hear firecrackers—sometimes because of people celebrating a particular holiday. We never felt unsafe, especially walking at night, but we always stayed on the main streets in the main areas.

Es la segunda ocasión que me hospedo aquí y la verdad me encanta el lugar, tiene un espacio acogedor y súper agradable

Como siempre Lupita una excelente anfitriona, siempre al pendiente del equipo Medico, al 100% en Limpieza muy buena ubicación. lo recomiendo mucho ,muchas gras por todo, estaremos el próximo mes nuevamente Lupita!!!

Our stay was amazing. Eder Vidal is an awesome host. He is very responsive and helpful. The place is very clean and spacious. The floor and furniture were super clean and felt like home. The place has the privacy and peacefulness we needed. The mall is about 5 minutes drive; and the city center was less than 10 minutes, so everywhere was easy to get to. We definitely will be considering the same place in future visits.

Excelente ubicación, prácticamente puedes llegar caminando a varios puntos de interés. Espacio amplio y con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia práctica y agradable.

Great place, 100% recommended. Beautiful apartment with garden views and city views, great private patio area too. Very clean, quiet, private, a lot of sunlight. Cleaning service includes weekly sheets, towels and etc. changing, Also optional room cleaning. WiFi is super good for working remote. Well furnitured kitchen and spacious. Lots of hot water and water pressure. No dog barking, no street noise. We even got welcome gifts! Location is awesome. Convenient surroundings, bakery, frutas y veduras, cheese, tiendas, barbershop, agua station, and laundry, all in the same street or around the corner or just one block away. Around 5 min. Walk from ADO bus station, 8 min. Walk to the center, 12 min. walk to a mountain view and city view church, 15 min. walk to the SEDEM (a huge sport complex). Ana is responsive and helpful. We definitely return.

El lugar está muy bien conectado, es fácil llegar a cualquier lugar desde ahí. Los espacios son amplios, bien iluminados y la decoración es de buen gusto. Todo el departamento está climatizado, tiene todo el mobiliario casi nuevo de muy buena calidad. La comunicación con las encargadas es fluida, están súper al pendiente para resolver cualquier situación. El estacionamiento es cerrado, se puede dejar el vehículo sin tener alguna preocupación. A unos pasos hay un parque muy grande para ir a correr o pasear el perro. Lo único que podría ser mejorable pero no depende para nada de ellas, es que no hay alguna tienda de conveniencia cerca, por lo que es necesario pedir por Uber eats.

Me sentí como en casa. gustavo estuvo muy atento en todo volvería a quedarme en su dep. muy limpio y prometía todo las amenidades que decía. me quede con buen sabor de voca 10 de 10 👍

Es un lugar bastante cómodo con mucha privacidad, es muy bonito y se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada.
