El Palacio - Beautiful tiny house/loft with garden

This is a tiny house recently remodeled from an old wash room in a beautiful colonial home. It is nested in a gorgeous garden in one of the town's oldest neighborhoods, El Cerrillo. The small kitchen is modern and has everything you'll need to cook. There is a work space, a small living room and a private patio. The bedroom is upstairs and has a beautiful view of San Cristóbal. The city center is a ten minute walk, same as the main market. There is a very friendly cat, Marcelo, on the premises.

The exterior of a simple, single-story building is illuminated by soft lights. Metal grilles protect the entrance and large window, offering a glimpse of the interior. Potted plants line the pathway, enhancing the front of the property.

Create unforgettable memories in this rustic, unique and familiar accommodation. Spacious. Full of natural life, aromas, panoramic view, rest, stillness, much ecstasy of natural energy. 10 minutes walk from the Tonina Ruins. 20 minutes from Ocosingo by car. Public transport within 250 metres. Food has to be brought from Ocosingo, as there are no shops nearby. En G-maps search like "Zona arqueológica de Toniná" (do not search like Toniná Ocosingo, this leads you to the wrong place).

Great apartment to relax after days full of adventure at Puerto Arista beach. We are a few minutes away from the main areas of interest in the city: Esperanza central park, Las Flores shopping mall, OXXO, restaurants, "snack bars", movie theater, and 6 blocks away the bus station. Easy conection to go to the beach. (ask for availability even if the calendar is full.) Our place is good and secure for singles, couples, and friends.

There is a dog and cat on premise. There are many crafts and cultural events neer by. Free walking tours pass by the house. A grate base for any one studying or interested in surrounding community's as the market is close where most shuttles leave to the community's as well as any fresh produce for home cooking.
