Mrs. Patricia and her husband are good hosts, people who care that we live an incredible experience for the people who visit this beautiful city, the house is a very cozy place with all the services very safe and spaces to be able to eat outdoors 100% recommended.

The apartment is a good size, ideal for 4 people, it is in an excellent location, since we had the walkways very close. They delivered it very clean and the plus for us was the flexibility in check-in, as our flight was very early. We only had one problem with the hot water, but I reported it to Blanca (the girl who takes care of the cleaning) and she immediately solved it. Blanca also supported us with recommendations and was available if we needed anything. My only recommendation would be that I wish they would add a screen in each room 😊 since there is only one in the living room. I definitely recommend staying here, if I have the chance to return, it would definitely be here.

Great hosts. Promptly responded to my questions. Helped with laundry. Very good location. It’s near the top of a hill, which does give a great view.

Everything works fine at the house. Salvador responded quickly to each message and gave us recommendations for restaurants and others in Tuxtla. The house is part of one of the best residences in Tuxtla - super quiet and safe. Recommended! We really enjoyed our stay at Salvador's house. It's very nice and well-equipped. the house was very Nice , he was available with sevices and helped us get around . but there are cameras inside the Home which Made me feel like i might be invaded into with conversations. a little pricey compared to other local places not listed on Airbnb. but over allí place was súper Nice and clean .

Great place, 100% recommended. Beautiful apartment with garden views and city views, great private patio area too. Very clean, quiet, private, a lot of sunlight. Cleaning service includes weekly sheets, towels and etc. changing, Also optional room cleaning. WiFi is super good for working remote. Well furnitured kitchen and spacious. Lots of hot water and water pressure. No dog barking, no street noise. We even got welcome gifts! Location is awesome. Convenient surroundings, bakery, frutas y veduras, cheese, tiendas, barbershop, agua station, and laundry, all in the same street or around the corner or just one block away. Around 5 min. Walk from ADO bus station, 8 min. Walk to the center, 12 min. walk to a mountain view and city view church, 15 min. walk to the SEDEM (a huge sport complex). Ana is responsive and helpful. We definitely return.

I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at this accommodation, clean and with a good location for what I needed, the apartment lacks almost nothing except for the climate in the dining room area, it is comfortable and has a good location, in front they have a good place to go for a walk and exercise. What I found a little difficult was identifying where to park and which building I should enter. Otherwise, pretty good
