Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Chiapas

Mr. Armando's house is very nice and cozy, everything was impeccable and he took care of every detail to make our stay very pleasant!! Mr. Armando allowed us to arrive a few hours earlier and recommended places to eat!! Always very attentive and kind, we hope to return soon !!

There is no doubt that excellent location and all the services made us feel at home,(nearby are some food places and a market) if we travel again, we would not last in staying again in that beautiful place,in which we enjoyed cooking with family and even roasting courtes, thank you Rober for making the stay easier and being a good host,more blessings (do not hesitate to book with it)

A little slow to respond and the registered location is not correct, it's another house, otherwise everything was excellent 👌

the house was very Nice , he was available with sevices and helped us get around . but there are cameras inside the Home which Made me feel like i might be invaded into with conversations. a little pricey compared to other local places not listed on Airbnb. but over allí place was súper Nice and clean .

Just a small observation, the TV should be in the living room for me. I am against having TVs in the beds, but well that is my opinion. The upstairs bathroom had no option to bathe there, the neighbors could see me, I did not like that everything else is a ten

The room is as described, the area is quiet, the place is very comfortable, we went for a school trip and they were very friendly and accessible, they were attentive and responded quickly to anything, it is close to almost everything on foot or by taxi.

We stayed here for two months, April and May. The best thing about this apartment is the beautiful view of San Cristobal and the surrounding mountains from the terrace. The wonderful host, Luis, who lives on the premises, was educated and well-traveled, and we enjoyed talking with him about the different places we had both been in the world. He was also always immediately responsive to any issues we might have. We have lived all over the world since leaving the US 20 months ago, and the kitchen was quite large and, hands down, the best we have had anywhere. Also, we thought the beds were very comfortable. And the property also has its own washer and dryer. The house is divided into several Airbnb rentals. It is pretty walkable to El Centro and the Guadalupe Walking Street—about a 15 to 20-minute walk. In addition, there are restaurants, shops, a pharmacy and an OXXO close by. The park is about a half-block away, and it is easy and inexpensive to get a taxi from there to anywhere in San Cristobal. The downside would be the same as everywhere in Mexico that we have been—noise, although the internet (usually a problem) was actually pretty good here, and compared to other places we have been in Mexico, we really couldn’t complain much. The street has a fair amount of traffic, but we didn’t hear a lot of dogs barking, which is usually a big problem for us in Mexico; however, we did hear firecrackers—sometimes because of people celebrating a particular holiday. We never felt unsafe, especially walking at night, but we always stayed on the main streets in the main areas.

We loved our stay at Larissa's apartment! The location is perfect, we could walk to all the places we wanted to visit in San Cristóbal de las Casas. Larissa was super friendly and attentive from the beginning, always responding to messages very quickly, which made everything even easier. The apartment was very nice and clean, just as seen in the photos. We felt super comfortable. Also, as an extra tip: don't miss the esquites they sell right below the apartment, they're delicious! We left happy and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Friendly at all times

My second time staying here. It’s inside a building on the main pedestrian street of San Cris. So you enter through a bakery and restaurant at the front of the space, then walk to this private apartment in the back. You really can’t beat the location. There is also a security guard at night in the restaurant for added security. The bed is quite comfortable and they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I will continue to rent this place any chance I get!

Our stay was amazing. Eder Vidal is an awesome host. He is very responsive and helpful. The place is very clean and spacious. The floor and furniture were super clean and felt like home. The place has the privacy and peacefulness we needed. The mall is about 5 minutes drive; and the city center was less than 10 minutes, so everywhere was easy to get to. We definitely will be considering the same place in future visits.

Excellent location, you can practically walk to several points of interest. Spacious space with everything you need to have a practical and pleasant stay.

Great place, 100% recommended. Beautiful apartment with garden views and city views, great private patio area too. Very clean, quiet, private, a lot of sunlight. Cleaning service includes weekly sheets, towels and etc. changing, Also optional room cleaning. WiFi is super good for working remote. Well furnitured kitchen and spacious. Lots of hot water and water pressure. No dog barking, no street noise. We even got welcome gifts! Location is awesome. Convenient surroundings, bakery, frutas y veduras, cheese, tiendas, barbershop, agua station, and laundry, all in the same street or around the corner or just one block away. Around 5 min. Walk from ADO bus station, 8 min. Walk to the center, 12 min. walk to a mountain view and city view church, 15 min. walk to the SEDEM (a huge sport complex). Ana is responsive and helpful. We definitely return.

The place is very well connected, it's easy to get anywhere from there. The spaces are spacious, well-lit and the decor is tasteful. The whole apartment is air-conditioned, it has all the furniture almost new and of very good quality. Communication with the managers is smooth, they are super attentive to resolve any situation. The parking is closed, you can leave the vehicle without any worries. There is a very large park a few steps away for jogging or walking the dog. The only thing that could be improved, but does not depend on them at all, is that there is no convenience store nearby, so it is necessary to order through Uber eats.
