Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Chesterfield County

This a beautifully renovated home with all of the modern amenities. The living room furniture & beds were very comfortable. The home was in a great location for us as it was close to the historic St. John's Church where we were attending a wedding. We did have a some problems with the security system and door locks, but Ursula was very responsive and we figured it all out. It may have been due to some work that was going on in the neighborhood causing the wifi to be spotty. Other than that it was a perfect place to stay.

We stay here once or twice a year with an annual assembly we have in Richmond. It’s our favorite place to book when we are in the area. Quashawna is great at clear, simple instructions. The house is beautiful and welcoming. We arrive feeling right at home with everything clean and ready. Thank you again Quashawna!

5 stars - A Wonderful Stay in Richmond! I can’t thank Mathew enough for helping me and my family with a last-minute reservation. From the moment we arrived, the house felt just like home. The booking process was smooth and easy, and Mathew was incredibly attentive and responsive throughout our stay. The home was spotless, beautifully organized, and had everything we needed. It comfortably fit our whole family and made our special visit to Richmond, Virginia, truly memorable. We are so grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely stay here.

Stayed here with family for a few days. It was clean and comfortable. I'm very picky about cleanliness and we were able to make ourselves at home immediately. It was also very peaceful. We even saw a few deer next to the house! It's walking distance to a supermarket, which is huge when you're on vacation and don't want to spend all day getting essentials! We would definitely stay here again!

We had 3 families and our soccer coach staying together for a local tournament. Alyson was great to deal with and communicated very well with prompt responses. The house and the grounds were wonderful. Thank you for allowing us to stay at this wonderful location Tony

This home is a true gem! It's beautifully designed with an abundance of natural light, creating a wonderfully airy and welcoming atmosphere. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, the peaceful sounds of birdsong were a delightful backdrop to our stay. The house was incredibly well-equipped with everything we could possibly need for an enjoyable and comfortable visit. We were in town for a swim meet, and the location was perfect for a direct and easy drive to the Collegiate School Aquatic Center. This home provided an excellent and relaxing respite from a fast-paced long weekend. Highly recommend!

Nadine was a wonderful host - easy to communicate with, proactive, and responsive. The apt was spotless, and every furnishing and decoration was first class. Lots of little amenities (welcome basket with snacks and waters, drinks in the fridge, bedside chocolates, a few toiletries. etc) were a nice touch. The queen bed was perfect for us - quality mattress w/topper (my wife kept talking about how well she slept). Very quiet neighborhood, yet close to all the activities we planned. Private back patio was a fantastically landscaped oasis for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Plenty of easy street parking. Couldn't have asked for a better lodging.

The apartment/condo is just as described. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of pots/pans and everything else I use in my kitchen. That was a treat. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The home was quiet and easy to come and go from. There is an electric fireplace in the master bedroom which made the room so warm and cozy. The parking was perfect, right outside the door and we never had a problem getting a spot. Chandra’s communication was punctual and very helpful. Our stay was over the Christmas holiday and it was so festive as she had a beautiful little Christmas tree with lights and ornaments and a wreath on the door; it made our Christmas feel more like home since we had to travel. The place was wonderful and highly recommend to other guests.

This home is located on a quiet, picturesque street within walking distance of many restaurants, parks, and attractions. Beautiful garden in the front. Sophisticated contemporary decor that is comfortable and functional. The owners clearly pay a lot of attention to detail and think of all the little things that travelers need. It was immaculate, bed was comfy, the towels were all soft, and there were supplies for a tea drinker like me. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would return.

Loved our stay here! The location could not be better. We came for a weekend getaway and the location was so walkable that we parked our car on arrival on Friday and didn’t touch it again until leaving on Sunday. The unit itself is exactly as advertised - it’s the bottom unit so doesn’t get a crazy amount of sunlight but it was plenty for us and we spent most of our time out and about anyway. We’d 100% stay here again and will be recommending to our friends.

If I could have taken that bed home with me I would have, SO COMFY! The house was so clean and beautiful. I had a wonderful time there and really enjoyed the neighborhood. Lots to do, I was never bored. Nita was a great host too!

The apartment is so fun and exciting. The location is great and super easy to find. There’s plenty of street parking and walkable to a ton of restaurants and shops. Jasmyra was very responsive to questions I had prior and quickly after arrival. I would absolutely come back for another stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ethan’s place. It truly has been one of our favorite Airbnb’s to date. Clean, cozy, and convenient in every way. We were in town to help friends who were in the process of moving, and this was the perfect home base for us. The recommendations for local things to see & do, and coffee shops to check out were spot on - can’t wait to come back!
