This is a bedroom suite (bedroom plus bathroom only) with a smartlock door (no need to meet me or anyone else to check in) accessed by a secure hallway in a downtown apartment building. This is all of the convenience of staying at the Hilton or Marriott (one block away) with none of the check-in hassle, at a much lower price. There is a mini fridge, Keurig with pods, and microwave.
