This house was so big - room for everyone. Upstairs bathroom could use some remodeling but everything was clean. Very well equipped with everything we needed

Absolutely beautiful home with fantastic amenities. As the house is located just a short drive from downtown Richmond right off of the James River, it truly is a perfect hybrid for those who want to pursue both city excursions and outdoor adventures. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Rarely is an Airbnb better than advertised. But Victoria’s listing of amenities said “no fridg” and “no washing machine” and “no Wi-Fi” but the home has all of these. And Victoria is personable and kind hearted and you can even see how much she cares for her pets. She gave us a choice of two rooms. The bed was very nice. The water was very warm.
A cozy sleeping area is presented with a queen bed featuring a floral-patterned quilt. Soft yellow pillows are arranged on the headboard. A warm yellow throw blanket is draped over the bed. A bedside table is next to the bed, topped with a lamp providing soft illumination.

Loved the animals! Queen Bailey came and laid with us in bed a couple night for a bit. Which made us feel right at home! (We missed our cats). Room was a good size and shared bathroom was nice

Quiet bedroom on little farm

I had a great stay at the farm! It was a great experience for my first solo trip. Coming from a 10 hour drive, Jodi was super flexible with my check-in and I felt safe and comfortable throughout my entire stay. The home is very cute and cozy, and I loved all of the pets, including the chickens out front. It’s a nice spot in a quieter area of Richmond, which was perfect for me. The only critique I have is that my schedule was too busy to check out the goats and patio area during my stay. I’d definitely be back next time I come through Richmond! Thanks from KY!

Perfect spot for graduation weekend! It's a beautiful home with a wonderful, eclectic collection of artwork. The two bedrooms on the second floor are spacious and comfortable with beautiful, renovated bathrooms. The third floor bedrooms are small but comfortable with a shared bath. We loved the front porch and enjoyed several meals out there along with views up Monument Avenue. I would highly recommend Champe's home for any visits to Richmond, and it was especially convenient to UR.
