Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Chesterfield County

Cute space right in the heart of popular bars, restaurants, entertainment, etc. wife and I talked about wanting to come back just based on the location and atmosphere. The apartment, while small, offers everything you need for a short stay or if you’re a solo/couple traveling, it’s perfect. Value wise, solid value based on comps in the area.

This was a great place to stay in Richmond right at the top of Church hill. It’s so adorable and has a great view from the apartment. Stacie was very responsive and helpful in her communication and recommendations for places to stay+visit in the area. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick stay and pass through town for a couple of days.

The apartment was clean and matched the description. Matt was responsive and sent clear instructions for accessing the unit. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place! Our friends really enjoyed their stay in Petersburg and this will now be our go-to rental for visitors. Regan and Mark were very responsive, the place was clean and nicely appointed. No street or restaurant noise! There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment, but it is well worth it (and a big reason why there is no outside noise). Highly recommend!

Great place to stay! Close to Carytown! Perfect location!

Joe came in person to welcome me to the AirBnb when I arrived. He gave me a lot of information on nearby restaurants and other places to visit. The place was clean and near the heart of Old Town. I highly recommend this AirBnb and him as a host.

Place was perfect for us--- especially because our event was across the way at the Altria Theater. The whole apartment was great, but the light coming in the full bathroom was dreamy--- it made getting ready such a treat. We need to figure out a way to recreate that at our house. The bed and bedding was very comfortable... (the shower has low pressure, but it seems to be somewhat the norm.) Truly everything was fantastic- and we will 100% be recommending to our friends who pass through RVA, and look forward to staying there again.

Responsive and helpful!

A friend and I stayed here for a 24 visit to Richmond. This is a great walkable location.. lots of restaurants and bars. Parking was great. The house itself was even more charming in person. We loved the high ceilings, old hardwood floors and original moldings. The place was very clean and everything was easy to use. Kristin gave us clear instructions and she was very responsive. I believe there was mention of the noise from the restaurant across the street where there is a large outdoor patio and close enough to hear lots of loud chatting. However, it was not a problem whatsoever as it is not a ruckus-y bar and it also closes at 11pm. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

We LOVED Lacey’s place. It was so cute, it was clean, and it was in a great location. As someone passionate about interior design, I was obsessed with this home. Adorable and comfortable. Lacey was super communicative and kind. Would stay again!

This was a perfect spot for my 2-year old, 2 dogs, and myself. It's a great deal for the location & a parking pass included for the area. Loved our stay & would definitely book here again.

Perfect Haven! Loved the home. It was exactly what we needed. Lot's of space for a large family. All the amenities we needed and close to everywhere we needed to go. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The place was beautiful and historical and stocked thoughtfully. We especially liked hanging out on the front porch which Alyssa made look beautiful with many plants. The best part was the airbnb was walking distance to a lot of the things we wanted to do like brunch at Perly’s and seeing a concert at the national. Can’t recommend enough.

Very convenient to the Richmond Convention Center. A good home base for being out and about. The parking add on was a plus. The chat messages were good. You can tell they are automated, but they provided relevant info when needed.

Reagan's place is a great centrally located base of operations if you're visiting downtown Richmond. It's clean quiet and secure. Access to the building and parking are a little tricky but she's provided very detailed instructions that make it easy. Although our stay was brief, Reagan was a lovely host, a pleasure to meet, and very responsive. Highly recommended for RVA visits!

Great place to stay because you're just a few short blocks away from Cary Street, where there are lots of great stores and restaurants. We walked over several times to get coffee and go to a restaurant, and then shopping the next morning. The apartment is not "new" -- it's in one of the many old houses that line the street. But it was fun and had some character. The bed might be a little soft for some people, but I was comfortable.

We had another nice stay at Mark’s place while attending our daughter’s graduation at VCU.

My wife and I come to Richmond a few times a year and we have stayed at Suzy's place twice. It's in a great neighborhood and has off-street parking. The only reservations we have are that the sheets and comforter are polyester, so bring our own cotton ones; and the kitchen is not well stocked with utensils and cookware. That might not be an issue for others, but we like to cook some meals ourselves instead of always going out. Other than that, we will continue to stay here when we visit Richmond.
