Waterfront vacation rentals in Cheatham County

We enjoyed our month-long stay at this unit. We would certainly return again! Shirley was great, even providing us "extras' to make our stay more enjoyable. The unit is perfect for a couple. This first floor unit eliminated the need to climb stairs which we liked! The king size bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the balcony overlooking the Cumberland River was peaceful. It was a perfect location for us - a one mile walk to Broadway, a wonderful greenway for walking and biking across the street and a Farmer's Market just 3/4 mile away. It is our second visit to this complex and we will return again!

Our stay was so wonderful. Our host was helpful and informative every step of the way. The space was clean and spacious and the bed was so comfy! The walk to downtown is beautiful along the river. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for having us!

Great apartment with beautiful views overlooking the river. Great location, a 2 block walk to a number of good restaurants and we walked (1 mile) back to the apartment after our concert at Nissan Stadium. The second bed in the living room works well for a small group of friends traveling together. It should be noted that the 1 bathroom must be accessed through the bedroom.

Place was Fantastic and definitely would recommend to anyone. Beautiful views, cozy and very relaxing. It was walking distance to everything with great restaurants right around the corner. Would definitely stay again!!

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars

This is a great spot! Walkable to broadway, and super close to germantown! I loved being able to stroll around the area. Place is super cute and felt extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Nash’s stay was very nice! Very peaceful and great view, just a rainy weekend we visited. Very clean and easy to find! Would note that 4 bedrooms is really 3 due to office space, but great bnb!

We really enjoyed our weekend! Everything was exactly how described in the description. My kids loved the backyard and the access to the lake was so nice. We would definitely stay there again!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time here! It was great to have all the space to spread out and also have common spaces to watch TV and play games! The place is beautifully furnished, clean, and comfortable. We were happy to only be 1 hour from Nashville, TN, as well. And, Jason and Rachael were responsive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect meeting place for a long weekend at the lake. The marina was super close which was very convenient. Our family enjoyed all the games and the massage chair was a bonus! This rental is the 2nd floor of a three floor home. I was a little nervous as this was the first time our family had rented a space like this. We could barely tell it was a shared home. Host was very easy to communicate with. Overall, we had a great stay!

This property was exactly what my party and I were looking for. We came for the Downtown fun but wanted be stay somewhere quiet and relaxing. The place was exactly as described. It was very clean and full of all of the amenities listed. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils pots and pans, etc.. The beds were very comfortable and equipped with a good quality, bedding and last, but not least the outdoor deck along with the covered carport makes it great for the hanging outside, relaxing, and getting some fresh air. The hosts was very responsive when messaging them about an issue with the Wi-Fi, which was an overlook on my part. All in all this will be my go to whenever back in Nashville..

We rented Amy’s Airbnb property for my parents to stay during my wedding in Brentwood. The property is very pretty and was super convenient for us! Amy was extremely responsive and we had no issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend Amy’s property!

Foreverwater Cottage is a little piece of heaven in Tennessee. If you have chance to stay here, you should. We were in the area for an extended weekend for a wedding and a little bit of downtime with our kids--it was perfect. Peaceful is the best word I can think of to describe the property. The sound of the creek and birds matched with the beautiful scenery around you is well worth the travel to get there. The cottage itself is super cozy, very clean, and really cute. It is very thoughtfully well stocked with anything you might need. The beds are very comfortable and the views from the floor to ceiling windows are amazing. The fire pit outside was an added bonus that we really enjoyed and had everything you needed. Nathan is an incredibly responsive host and gave us excellent local recommendations. His directions to the property were very clear and we had no trouble finding it, even arriving in the dark. We have already discussed returning for another stay!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very cute, looked just like the pics! We enjoyed the view and how peaceful it was to sit on the deck. Jeremy checked in on us a few times to make sure everything was good. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay! Stayed during CMA Fest week and it was super walkable (a little more than a mile) to all CMA Fest activities and Nissan stadium. The property was quiet, clean, and just as described. I felt safe even walking at night. Bekah gave clear check in and check out instructions. Would stay again!

Great location, lovely river view when hanging out or working from the condo. We didn’t have a car, but it was very walkable to restaurants and plenty of scooters or e-bikes nearby too. Good internet for working remote, my boyfriend and I both worked remote during our stay with no issues. We stayed a little over a week and used the laundry facilities, they have an app to pay which was great! Todd was a great communicator and responsive.

We loved the view of the river and especially the old train track bridge that goes right beside it. It was really a fun historic filling location only half a mile from Broadway. Scarlett also did a great job with anything that we had questions about or needed. Fantastic host.

The condo was perfect for our visit for CMA Fest. Such a great location, bonus: lots of available parking and very safe area. Everywhere we went was walkable & hosts gave great recommendations for restaurants, bars, grocery shopping and entertainment nearby. The place was clean, offered a lot of amenities and we would definitely love to stay there again. Thank you for a memorable trip!

We absolutely loved our stay! Immediately felt welcomed. The view of the river was great and made for such a relaxing atmosphere. I also really appreciated how easy it was to walk to Broadway and all the fun attractions nearby. It was the perfect spot for enjoying everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend!

When we come to Nashville for concerts we always book with Katie for a night because it always feels like a nice lil get away. Katie's place is always clean, cozy and enjoyable to stay at! She is incredible responsive and always very kind! The condo we stayed at this time had a great balcony overlooking the river with chairs and a table we had complimentary coffee at in the morning before checkout and it was nice to watch the boats and relax. There's also all the amenities you need for a good stay. Katie's our favorite host to stay with and we will definitely be back when there's another show in town!

We had a fantastic stay at Riverfront Yall! The view was nice and the location was great—quiet, yet just a short drive to downtown. The space was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. Katie was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend for a getaway with great access to the city!
