Home is on a hill overlooking Bellevue One shopping/restaurant district which is only 1 mile down the road. Private entrance and separate parking area and driveway. Guests have the lower level of home which features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, kitchen (with full-size fridge, sink, and dishwasher), living room, W/D, and separate back patio to enjoy the view.
