We really had a great time at Angie and Matt’s house. The house itself was very clean, perfectly furnished and extremely comfortable. The pool and grounds were extremely relaxing and peaceful. Nashville is close at hand by car or Uber and we found the short trip a small price to pay to be staying in such a beautiful house.

This place was a blast for our group. The location to the lake was great for kayaking and fishing. The pool and hot tub were so much fun, and the pickle ball court kept everyone entertained for hours. Chris was always quick to respond with any questions and you won’t regret booking here! Short drive to Nashville and very close to Ashlands downtown for restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great place to say! About a 40ish minute drive from Cool Springs, Brentwood, and Franklin. Very private spot. Lots of room for us to spread out and plenty of room for kids to play both inside and outside!

Out of all the Airbnbs we've stayed at, this one was by far the best! The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful — they truly went above and beyond. From the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner to the kid-friendly cups, plates, and even toys, they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and special. Our toddler had such a great time playing with their sweet children, and we all enjoyed toasting marshmallows together — such a fun and memorable experience! The bathtub was a highlight — seriously amazing. This place felt like a true oasis. And the chickens? Absolutely adorable! Every morning, our son was so excited to go see them. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

The apartment was very easy to access with a wonderful carport. Overall place was nice. Neighbors upstairs could be heard but nothing too obnoxious. Very little traffic noise. Kitchen was well equipped. Very close to Belmont and Vanderbilt universities. Overall we had a great stay.

If we could rate it 6 out of 5 we would. This place was so welcoming and had everything we could possibly need and more. From the welcome song playing on the TV to all the beautiful touches throughout the house, this was the place to be. This is exactly what I want to experience when staying away from home. Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars

Wonderful place that was very close to Broadway! The apartment was right by the elevators so very convenient, but not noisy at all. Parking was super close to the lobby doors as well. Everything was super clean and she had just about everything you could think of in the kitchen and bathroom in case you needed anything. Lindsey was very nice and made sure to even reach out to let us know that the cleaners finished early if we wanted to check in early. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if we decide to come back down!
