This place was amazing! It fit our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) perfectly. The location was spot on, walkable to everything, and the flat was beautiful! Welll maintained and well equipped! Catherine and her husband were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure we felt at home. Super easy check in/out as well. I would highly recommend!! Although our stay in this house was only related to a business trip and we spent most of our time at work, I must admit that the rented apartment met all our expectations – and even exceeded them. After long hours of work, we were happy to return to a quiet, clean and comfortable interior. The house was well heated, the beds were very comfortable, and the fast internet and desks allowed me to easily finish some of my duties remotely. The quiet neighborhood was conducive to rest and concentration – exactly what we needed after an intense day. I also appreciate the hosts' attention to detail – basic kitchen equipment, fresh towels, a coffee maker, and even some useful information about the area – all this made us feel more at home than in a "place to stay". I definitely recommend this house not only to tourists, but also to business travelers. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to come back.

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

If I could give 10 stars, I would gladly do so. Aurelie and Sebastien were very kind and helpful. Since we are older and unfamiliar with the area, Aurelie picked us up at the train station, showed us how to buy subway tickets and which routes to take to get to Vieux Lyon. From the Airbnb it's a 5 minute walk to the subway station, and a 7 minutes ride to the center. We wanted to be in a quiet neighborhood, and this place is very quiet. There are very good restaurants within easy walking distance; a supermarket is right around the corner, so are two bakeries. The apartment was just as described, very clean and comfortable. The beds had new mattresses and were extremely comfy! It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. On the morning we left to catch our train to Paris, an Uber driver could not arrive in time to take us to the station. Sebastien and Aurelie drove us to the station to catch our train. Now, that's fantastic service! I highly recommend this place.
