This winegrower's house, built at the beginning of the 20th century, has been renovated by combining tradition and modernity to welcome you in a peaceful atmosphere full of charm. Michel, the cottage of Clos Bel Orme is a charming duplex house (110 m2). There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, each equipped with a bathroom with toilet. The ground floor has a laundry room, a kitchen overlooking a private terrace, a dining room and a living room overlooking a pretty Italian courtyard. A pleasant private terrace with a large table, a lounge, a hammock to relax in and a barbecue to cook on.

The air-conditioned cottage is located in our 5-hectare property, in a very quiet area, about 60 m from our home, a small private garden is attached to the cottage, ideal for young children (a baby cot and a high chair are available). The property is equipped with an electric gate, and a large part is reserved for horses in the meadow. No wifi.
