My accommodation is 700 m from the city center. It is close to a shopping mall, airport, train station, restaurants, art and culture because of its position in relation to tram stations, buses (beaches), bicycles, etc. You will appreciate our accommodation for the tranquility that emerges, its amenities, comfort, my availability and responsiveness. Your accommodation is suitable for the solo or business traveler, or 1 couple with 2 children or 3 adults with a child from 0 to 3 years old.

Nice and lovely house Bordeaux Chartrons

Our house is a former artist's studio completely renovted, typical neighborhood of Chartrons, in Bordeaux. The historic center is at three tram stations. You will appreciate our house for its atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but in a lively neighborhood. Our house is perfect for families (with children) and the pets are of course welcome! It has 4 bedrooms, 3 with double bed and one with a single bed. It is possible to install a second single bed on request.

Maison moderne, confortable et cosy. Dans un cadre atypique et tranquille. A 1mn du tram, 10 mn du centre ville de Bordeaux. 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, cuisine spacieuse entièrement équipée. Proximité toutes commodités, frais de stationnement dans la rue pris en charge, wifi et buanderie. Non fumeur, pas d'animaux, pas de fêtes. Le passage est un endroit très tranquille, nous vous demanderons de respecter la tranquillité de nos voisins et de limiter le bruit à l'extérieur.

Mon logement est proche d'une vue exceptionnelle donnant sur un lac. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants). Ce logement est situé dans un quartier calme et fonctionnel de bordeaux Lac Bruges avec restaurant alimentation et un espace de remise en forme (CALICEO) à proximité. Le tramway se situe à 10 minutes à pied. Un arrêt de bus est à proximité du logement.
