This place was just as pictured. It was very clean, its about a 30 min drive to downtown. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Jon was very patient with all my questions and provided every information and help we needed. My family and I will definitely come back!

They had everything we could ever ask for. The place was perfect and had just about everything you need for a longer stay. Will definitely be back every time we come to Folly.

This place was perfect for me and my families summer vacation. Plenty of space and perfect amenities for a stay at home day as well. Not a far drive to the beach or shops. Sabrina even checked to see how the stay was going half way through. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Jennifer’s home! It was a very nice neighborhood and the pool was not far away. The home was very clean when we arrived, and Jennifer was very responsive to our needs and responded very quickly if we had an issue. We would definitely stay here again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect for two families of four. The location is perfect - walkable to town and close to the beach but off the Main Street so quiet and not busy. We loved the pool and hot tub and outdoor seating and we made good use of the ping pong table room. We had small issues and questions throughout our stay and Frank was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

We traveled to Charleston to commemorate a 70th birthday party. The house was beautiful, clean and well supplied. Location was central to all the places that we wanted to visit. The outdoor patio was fantastic, just be aware that you must be indoor by nine pm, which was a bit of a bummer, as we would have loved to enjoy the space and hot tub at night.

We loved staying at Tiana’s place! It was perfect for my group of girls and in a great location. The backyard was a huge hit and overall had the best weekend in Charleston

This is the 6th year my girlfriends and I have come to participate in the Bridge Run and this is by far the best place we have stayed! It was very roomy for all 7 of us! We enjoyed the big bedrooms and the spacious kitchen. The living room had enough seating for all of us to hang out and catch up. The screened in back porch was perfect for early morning coffee and a late day glass of wine!

This house is as described - beautiful, spacious. Lots of rooms for privacy or for gathering to talk, watch movies or play games. The kitchen is great, amazing stove, well-equipped. The sleeping areas are very comfortable. We had a group of 7. The open air decks are great for lounging. The glassed in decks are great for early morning or late evening nature watching (loved the ducks and alligators), having coffee and desserts or wine sipping. The home exceeded our expectations and our host was friendly and responsive.

This might be the best vacation rental we have ever had. My grandson liked this vacation more than Disney World. It was the perfect place to relax and just enjoy being with family. Mark was great and available if we had any questions. We will definitely be coming back.

We stayed here with 2 families (5 kids and 4 adults). The layout of the home was absolutely perfect. Beautiful home that is even better than the pictures. The pool was great for our family too with an amazing outdoor space. Easy walk to the beach and it was great the had a wagon and some beach chairs. Each room of the home had an en suite which is so nice for groups. Lovely 3 season porch. Kitchen very well appointed and very easy to cook every day. Amy was very responsive - even though the only time we had to contact her was to ask for a late checkout. 10/10 experience here, couldn’t recommend more. We will be back!

Krista was very responsive and available, flexible, and so accommodating. When inquiring about where to buy wood for the outdoor fireplace, Krista told us where to go after she called to make sure wood was in stock. Much appreciated. The house was a perfect blend of beachy chic and comfort. Our party of 9 felt like home, but better. The neighbor is cozy and welcoming. The front porch was a treat. Everything was done right. All the beach supplies you could need. The perfect location for days at the beach and evenings in Charleston. On the nights in, we played pool and ping pong. It was hard to leave. The kids ranging from 8–18 all wanted to move there! Thank you Krista.

Great place for a weekend with the family! We had 3 couples and a baby and more than enough space. Loved how big the living room and kitchen were! Excellent location too — easy drive downtown and to IOP or Sullivan’s. Can’t wait to come back!

This house is so well stocked, everything was absolutely perfect.

Everything was exactly as described and the location was FANTASTIC for traveling with small kids. Tamra & Lisa were great communicators ahead of and during our stay, even welcoming us with wine and cheese. Everything was comfortable and the pack n play & high chair on site were a great bonus. The kitchen is fully, full equipped if you like to do some cooking at “home” like we do. There are some fragile items at curious tot level but the living areas are child friendly. Absolutely recommend these hosts and this stay!

Host was great, proactive, and available at all times. The home was in a great community close to Tanger Outlets. Home was also very spacious and clean. For seven adults and two pets to stay in the home, we never felt like we were on top of each other. All the bedrooms were spacious, had tvs, and ceiling fans. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend!

We stayed here for my son’s dental school graduation with 8 adults and 2 littles… it was a great house for us! Thanks for a great visit :o)

Perfect home for a group. Easy to uber to all the different areas we wanted to hit—downtown, Shem Creek, & Park Circle. Responsive host and easy check in!

We had a wonderful stay! The park across the street has by far the coolest playground I’ve ever been to. Plenty of sleeping space for large families. A couple minor issues arose during our stay, and the host was very responsive, fixing the issue within hours. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing!!!!!the area was quiet, the house was clean and beautiful!the flower that was designed to scan the WiFi was great. I love the QR code for the local restaurants as well! Host were very responsive and accommodating! We will definitely be back!!

Finding this place was a blessing. Normally one day expects issues or surprises, BUT from driving into the driveway, to going up the steps and into the house, we were all WOWED! This place was clean, well stocked for everyday use and Peaceful. We were in the area for a memorial service and staying at this location and place, made a bad situation, so much better. We cannot Thank Alex enough for such a great place. Chuck
