Highlights: The bed is very comfortable for 2 sleepers. We have opposite preferences (I like firm, he likes soft) and we were both reasonably happy. My favorite part was that I didn't shoot off the bed like a cartoon character when he stood up - it's pretty well padded foam so the spring action of your grandma's guest bed is nowhere to be found here. Cotton everything was such a relief - I never find this much cotton at an Airbnb! The comforter, sheets, pillowcases, and towels...seriously heaven. The shower got hot quick with great pressure and was tall enough for my 6'2" husband. Guest mode on the Roku TV was an excellent discovery. The kitchen was well appointed and everything was easy to find and not cluttered or missing items. But most of all, the cherry on top was all the recommendations! I have lived in Charleston and worked on James Island and all the extra tips and tricks were new even to me. Can't recommend enough!

If you’re looking for a cute little place to chill for the weekend, this is a great choice! While the bungalow is a little smaller than anticipated (for 2 adults/2dogs), the fully fenced yard makes up for everything else. The yard is pretty much completely shaded by beautiful oak trees, and my dogs loved every second we spent out there. The road is busy during the day, but at night, it quiets down, and all you can hear are the cicadas.

This was the cutest above garage studio. It is very well done, clean and comfortable. The property is very well maintained- we would definitely stay here again! The AC was not working properly when we arrived but Holly responded immediately and got it working. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful accommodations, away from the hustle, but still close enough to be convenient. The home was clean and neat. We were in Charleston for a graduation, so this was a nice place to rest up and relax in between activities.

This was our second time at Treehouse and it was just as good as the first! Katey and Jules are great hosts. The location is amazing - 10 minutes to downtown Charleston and 10 minutes to the beach. We love walking down Coleman to Shem Creek and enjoying the sights and sounds of the marsh. We love patriots point park and taking the water taxi to downtown. You won’t find a better a place for a couple getaway!

This was an incredible stay! My wife and I absolutely loved everything about it. The dock was such a peaceful spot to relax. We spent hours enjoying the views and soaking up the serene atmosphere. The property was immaculately clean, which made it feel so comfortable and inviting. Nancy and Joe were incredibly welcoming, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The freshly baked muffins were such a thoughtful touch and truly made our stay feel special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

The most important thing for me when I am staying away from home is cleanliness. Georgia's place was spotless! It had everything I needed and was within an easy drive to restaurants, grocery stores, and a great coffee shop. I would not hesitate to return.

Christina's place is the reason why you want to book an Airbnb. Extremely clean, smart layout and impeccable style and furnishings. We felt like we were staying in a luxury residence! Christina was also a great host, provided all the necessary instructions and recommendations and even helped with coordinating my rent the runway. big thanks and would definitely stay here again when we are back in town!

This beautiful cozy little home was absolutely perfect for our honeymoon!!! We had an amazing trip, and so much of that was due to staying at Derek’s airbnb. The location of this place was awesome! Lots of nice restaurants and places to grab food nearby (Mex 1 Coastal Cantina was walking distance - we went here multiple times!!). It was the perfect location to go to folly beach or downtown charleston, very central to everything! Inside it is so cute, cozy, and clean! We drove from multiple states away and when we got in late, we were happy to find the space with lights on and ac set to a comfortable temp. We were also surprised to find a bottle of wine as a congratulations for our wedding; That was so kind!! Both the bed and the couch in the living room were SO COMFY!!!! We were very pleased with that. We really appreciated all of the kitchen-ware and utensils etc. that were stocked in the kitchen. We were also thankful that they supplied 2 beach chairs and beach towels.

This is a very nice cottage in a lovely and quiet setting. The cottage was spotless and all furnishings were new. Check-in was easy.

we came to watch our Granddaughter graduate High school. The pool house was very well kept, yard and pool area is like paradise. Kim was on top of everything, but we had full run of the area. We have stayed at many AirBB this was our top experience. 5 stars on all areas. We will be back for longer stay for sure.

Beautiful place to stay! Neighborhood was rather tight quarters, but I think that’s what comes with living in town. The hosts were very descriptive and thoughtful with what they included in the home.

What a gem this cottage was!!! The outdoor tub was the perfect ending to a busy summer day. The house was so quiet and the property, and especially the street, was a stunner!!!

We stumbled upon this Airbnb when we realized it was graduation weekend in Charleston. This place was perfect. We had a car so it was easy to get in and out of city— only about 5 miles. The location is also a 10 minute drive to the beach. The owners provided so much great information. They made sure checkin and everything was ok but from a distance via texts. The space was so cute and absolutely perfect for my daughter and I but could easily work for a family of four. The decor and setup was beautiful. Great hosts, great space, great location (walkable coffee/breakfast spot)… would highly recommend.

We loved our little hideaway in beautiful Old Villag e! So peaceful, charming, close to everything we wanted to do! ....we biked OV, Shem Creek, Sullivans...and enjoyed the cute, clean, all we needed "home sweet home" while there! Very comfortable, quiet, well appointed. Robert and his adorable family were accommodating yet respectful of their guests privacy. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there! My sister and husband rented it first and it came highly recommended for the cleanliness, location and ease of everything! So we booked it too and were also very pleased! Easy peasy check out too! Dorothy's stay was perfect! It's such a cozy apartment and had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood is beautiful and it was easy to get to downtown Charleston (~15 min away) and other locations via Uber/Lyft. She was so easy to communicate with and quick to respond. I'd highly recommend!

The house was adorable and very cozy! We had a wonderful stay and appreciated the snacks provided, along with the recommendations of places to go while we enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend and would stay again if I were ever back in the area! :)

The home was fabulous and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect—close to all the best spots in Charleston, from dining and shopping to the historic sights. A huge bonus was being able to use their charger, which was so convenient. We highly recommend staying here and will absolutely keep this place in mind for our future Charleston visits!

We had a fabulous stay at this property! Everything was immaculately clean and beautiful. We arrived late in the evening, but had no trouble finding the place and getting inside. Brandy went above and beyond leaving fresh-baked sweet rolls and a handwritten welcome note on the kitchen counter. The furnishings were so cute and it was a nice, welcoming space that looked just like the photos. I appreciated the little extras like plenty of towels in the bathrooms, tea and snacks in the kitchen, beach towels in the laundry closet and more. We enjoyed sitting out on the little patio in the morning enjoying the beauty of the property. Brandy was friendly and responsive. We accidentally locked ourselves out on the patio one morning, but Brandy hustled back to the house to rescue us. lol I would highly recommend this property for your next southern getaway. 15-20 minutes from Folly Beach and downtown Charleston and close to restaurants and stores, it was an ideal location!

Stayed here on a recommendation and the place was perfect. Would recommend it to anyone interested in private little getaway.
