Welcome to the INDIGO room. This historic INN boasts 5 charming rooms with exterior access at the heart of the market and stables. Please click our bio photo to view all rooms, rates & reviews. You will enjoy a King bed, private bath, wifi, TV, mini fridge, a Fireplace in cooler months, and a complimentary breakfast bar. INDIGO is located on the second floor, you will need to climb stairs. We do not offer onsite parking but convenient parking lots are all within 1-2 blocks. $20-30 per night.

1,200 square foot Flat - Jasmine House

The Proprietor's Flat in the Main House has one, king-size bed and private bath with a tub/shower combination. Tastefully decorated with 18th century furniture, the private and luxurious flat also boasts a separate living room, dining room and kitchen in addition to beautiful hardwood floors. Amenities include hair dryer, iron/board, television, refrigerator, safe and high-speed internet access. These living quarters are the largest in the Jasmine House, totaling 1,200 sq. ft.

The Brass Lady

The Brass lady is perfect for a single person or couple enjoying a quick get away to Folly. With a full size brass bed and large shower, the comfy space has everything you need. Enjoy relaxing on the private porch with a private entrance after a day of surfing or relaxing on the beach. Continental breakfast is offered daily in the shared kitchen and dining area. While street parking in front is available it is not guaranteed. Free parking is generally found close by.

Room 24- The Triple. This 2nd floor guest room has entry from a covered porch. The Queen bed can sleep up to 2 guests. The private bathroom is outfitted w/ a tub & shower. Swim in the large community pool! Beach access is 1 block away. 1 parking pass provided. Must be 21 years old to rent. NO smoking allowed. Pet friendly for 1 dog w/ additional $125 + tax fee. Pool will be closed from Sept 3-8, 2024.
