You will love being so close to Sorority Row, Starbucks, Top of The Hill, Kenan stadium and everything Franklin St has to offer! The entire apartment is available with two bedrooms and a shared bath. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a washer/dryer and a Keurig coffee maker. There is parking for one car in front of the cottage and an exterior outlet for your electric car.
