Vacation rentals with beach access in Cetraro Marina

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect, with both mountains and the sea nearby — an ideal combination for nature lovers. The beach with Kvasovye rocks was a real gem, such a beautiful spot. The apartment itself is cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Getting here by train was very convenient, which was a pleasant surprise. Margareth and her husband were incredibly hospitable and kind. They were always quick to respond and ready to help with any questions, making our stay as comfortable as possible. Their attention to detail and care made us feel truly welcomed. The November weather was warm, and we even managed to swim in the sea a couple of times! It was truly unforgettable. Thank you to the hosts for their warm hospitality — we’ll definitely come back!

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und sehr sauber. Der Meerblick vom Balkon ist fantastisch. Etwas störend war der Lärm von Straße und Eisenbahn.

Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati una settimana in vacanza in questa località nuova per noi. Casa con vista stupenda, un tramonto splendido ;) la consiglio per rilassarsi; inoltre se si ama esplorare i dintorni e le calette più nascoste e rocciose è un ottimo punto di partenza ! Michele è stato super di aiuto per indicazioni varie. Non prende benissimo Internet quindi è perfetto se si vuole staccare un po’ da telefono e pc e fare una settimana di relax completo. La zona è tranquilla, residenziale, panoramica, perfetta per coppie e famiglia.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Minutes walk to restaurants, groceries and beach. Everything needed was provided and very clean. Great host and very responsive. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.

Appartement très bien décoré, bien equipé et très agréable. Nous avons pris les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse avec vue splendide sur le port de Maratea. Plusieurs plages dans les environs, dont une jolie crique accesible à pied en 10 minutes. Le port est animé, avec divers cafés et restaurants. Seul petit bemol, les places de parking parfois difficiles à trouver le week end. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons l’appartement sans hésitation.

Het appartement van Karolina was helemaal nieuw en smaakvol ingericht. Het was van alle gemakken voorzien. De locatie van het appartement was ook goed: vlakbij het oude stadje en met uitzicht op zee. De communicatie met Karoline verliep prettig. Dank voor het verblijf in je fijne appartement, Karolina!

Квартира комфортабельная,после ремон та,всё сияет,чистейшая.Кухня оборудована всеми необходимыми принадлежностями(новыми,хорошего качества) для приготовления пищи.Плюс террасса,свой отдельный уголок в тишине и мире,замечательно!Близость к морю,5 минут ходьбы.Все отлично!Хозяева Сандро и Паола приветливые и гостеприимные люди,всегда шли навстречу нашим пожеланиям и просьбам.Мы очень признательны им за доброту и человечность!

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt 🤗 die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles war blitzsauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sogar Kaffee stand bereit ☺️ Das Bad ist sehr komfortabel, ein Highlight ist die Aussendusche und das Kochen unter freiem Himmel. Der Strand ist nicht so schön, es lohnt sich aber defenitiv weiter südlich zu fahren. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und sehr schnell. Mario hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Danke für diese schöne Woche, absolut zu empfehlen 👍🏽

Franco je skvelý a priateľský. 100% nápomocný. Dobre postele. ubytovanie je blízko pláže. Aj keď sme tu boli mimo sezóny, zažili sme veľa a užili si mestečko a okolie.

Ottimo alloggio, ben posizionato nel centro di Villapiana lido, dotato di tutto il necessario e molto pulito. Ci si sposta a piedi comodamente sia per ristoranti che per il mare. È presente un passaggio pedonale non segnalato dai vari navigatori per raggiungere la spiaggia, ci si mette circa 3 minuti a piedi. Idem per le passeggiate serali sul lungomare. Servizi come bar,ristoranti e supermercati raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Come da descrizione è presente il parcheggio privato, nella nostra permanenza (1 settimana) non abbiamo mai usato l’ auto. Giuliano è un Host molto attivo, ogni nostra domanda ha avuto risposta pressoché immediata. Sarà sicuramente un posto in cui tornare.

Geweldig verblijf gehad! De broer van Maria (buurman) ontving ons en was super vriendelijk. We kregen verschillend fruit uit de tuin! Het privéstrand is op minder dan 5min lopen. Het huisje heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, super schoon en ruim opgezet. We hebben hier heerlijke dagen gehad. Tuin is ook goed omheind dus fijn met de hond.

We stayed 10 days with my girlfriend at Tiffany's home and we felt really welcomed by her family, they picked us to the Casolare and shown us around. The place it's big, cozy and it was spotless when we arrived. Tiffany's family were super nice and eager to help and answer all the questions we came up with. If you wanna have a rent big house with a nice view to the Calabrian sea and live a full italian experience this place may be perfect for you.

We had a lovely stay! The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and friendly. The space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. As there are people upstairs and downstairs, we had to be quiet (I have 2 children under the age of 2), if you have children just be mindful before booking as you will be reminded to keep it down. You will also need to take bedding off and bins outside yourself at the end of your stay. One thing to keep in mind: the location is quiet seaside village style. It’s a peaceful and quiet area, which we appreciated, but taxis and ride-shares were hard to come by. If you’re planning to stay here, having your own car or arranging transportation in advance is a good idea. We made friends with locals who helped us out with ride shares. Overall, a great experience — especially if you’re looking for a quiet retreat and don’t mind being a little outside the city center!

Geweldig gehad hier. Op de heenweg kwamen wij aan in het donker en hadden daardoor wat moeite het huis te vinden. Een pand voor het huis blokkeert enigzins het uitzicht, maar desalniettemin fantastisch verblijf. Heerlijke tuin, grote kamers, huis van alle gemakken voorzien en een leuk centrum nabij. Wij hadden een auto gehuurd dus voor ons makkelijk te bereiken. Leuk en lekker gegeten in het winkelstraatje van Scalea bij Vularie Siciliane, zeer betaalbaar ook! Aanrader, zandstrand bij lido de Azzuro, prachtige baai, mooi omringd door bergen. Bereikbaar via een (pittige) trap. Sylwia heeft veel leuke tips gegeven. Bedankt voor een heerlijke week Sylwia.

L’alloggio è perfettamente rispondente alle fotografie e alla descrizione. Completamente ristrutturato. La Sig. Donatella ci ha accolti di persona illustrandoci l’appartamento e spiegandoci il funzionamento degli elettrodomestici. A ogni messaggio chiarificatore che ho scritto mi ha dato puntuali e precise risposte. Gli infissi sono di buona qualità rendendolo silenzioso. Super consigliato.

Già durante il viaggio Maria Francesca,moglie di Orazio,ci ha contattato per poter essere puntuale per accoglierci. All'arrivo ci ha mostrato l'appuntamento che,come da descrizione, è molto grande ed accogliente. Dotato di due bagni super funzionali,cucina spaziosa corredata da tutto quello che può essere utile. Letti comodissimi con materassi nuovi Mi sono subito sentita a mio agio avendo tutte le comodità che si possono avere a casa propria. Mariafrancesca è stata disponibile per qualsiasi necessità con contatti telefonici o wathsapp. Ci è stato messo a disposizione anche un garage per l'auto. La posizione è ottimale a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Diamante,cittadina deliziosa e a pochi passi dal mare. Soggiorno gradevolissimo e certamente ci ritorneremo...a presto.

Appartamento in pieno centro, a pochissimi minuti dal mare, dotata di tutti i servizi essenziali, ottima pulizia al nostro arrivo e la signora Regina è stata molto gentile ad accoglierci e a farci trovare parcheggio.

Alloggio fedele alla descrizione. Panorama bellissimo. Tutto curato nei particolari. Arredo nuovo e idoneo ad appartamento al mare . Il terrazzo solarium è un vero ritiro per anime innamorate .Residence pulito e silenzioso. Host reattivo e disponibile. Corretto e incline alla risoluzione di eventuali problematiche.

Wir haben uns bei Rosalba sehr wohl gefühlt. Problemlos, flexibel, schnell. Es war sehr ruhig, das lag sicher auch daran, dass die benachbarten Wohnungen weitestgehend unbewohnt waren.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und unkompliziert in die Wohnung eingeführt: Reichlich Wasser und Kaffee standen für uns bereit. 2 Balkone (Nordwest bzw. um Eck Nordost mit Blick aufs Meer, Südwest bzw. Südost ums Eck mit Blick auf die Bergketten) luden ein, das Frühstück, ein Sonnenbad oder den Abendausklang zu genießen. Die Einrichtung ließ keinen Wunsch offen (s. Beschreibung). Hunde, Katzen, Hühner in der Nachbarschaft vermitteln ein ländliches Flair. Fabrizio Piccolo war für uns der Ausgangspunkt für viele kurzweilige Unternehmungen (Nahbereich: Rossano und Corigliano - enge Altstädte in Hanglage, Sibari mit dem Archäologischen Park; Fernbereich: Camigliatello Silano im herrlichen Sila-Nationalpark). Ein Auto ist für das Quartier empfehlenswert, genügend Parkraum steht am Haus, gelegen an einer Sackgasse, zur Verfügung. Der Abschied, unkompliziert arrangiert, fiel uns schwer.

The view from all windows was stunning. The apartment was very clean. The balcony was a show stopper - sitting out overlooking the Sea was drop dead gorgeous. Though the road could be a little noisy at times with cars or pedestrians, it didn't impede our trip at all. The view was almost surreal. The bed was very firm (typical for an Italian home, we've found). The kitchen could've done with a few essentials - maybe some salt, sugar, coffee etc. But, regardless it was all fabulous and wouldn't stop us from coming back. Elena was an absolute delight, there if you need her, but always allowing for her guests privacy. We Loved the space, loved Elena and can't wait to come back!

Ubytování bylo čisté a útulně zařízené. Bylo patrné, že se majitelé snaží o co největší pohodlí hostů (klimatizace, otočné větráky, bábovičky na písek pro děti, .) Komunikace s Davidem i Adélou probíhala bez problémů, ocenili jsme jejich podrobný manuál, který jsme měli po ruce po celou dobu dovolené (mimo trasy k ubytování a provozních věcí jsme v něm hledali i tipy na výlety). Oba dva hostitelé byli v komunikaci aktivní a trpělivě odpovídali na naše otázky. Děkujeme, budeme se rádi vracet.
