My place is close to the Masseta Marine Park with beautiful panoramic views; 8 minutes by car from Scario center, 15 minutes from Sapri, the City of the Gleaner and starting point of the Cammino di San Nilo, 20 minutes from the caves of Morigerati and the Capelli di Venere waterfall. It is located in the countryside, in a panoramic and quiet place, outside the town, with private parking and a large garden. The apartment is suitable for couples, families, including those with children, and groups of friends.

Exclusive place: Perfect for couples; private parking (AUGUST not guaranteed), very quiet, bright and well equipped/located, historical building, in town ( 1' walk far), a breathtaking views of Policastro's Gulf! All comforts (AC-WIFI-TV) and direct access to the furnished patio/garden (deck chairs and umbrella), outdoor shower and shade. Possible parking inside property (not in Aug). We suggest a wide, free but safe (Police/CC) car parking at 100 mt far. Seeing is believing!

It has 3 bedrooms, for a total of 4 beds, plus a bathroom and kitchen. AIR CONDITIONING. Upon arrival, you will find bed linens and bath sets. Coffee and tea for breakfast, mineral water. It has a private parking space reserved for guests. Just 200 meters away are grocery stores/tobacco shops/bars.

The apartment is a stone's throw from the sea and enjoys great views. It is equipped with a double sofa bed with peninsula, kitchen, bathroom, air conditioner and balcony. It is a 5-minute drive from the airport and train station. Very close to one of the most popular kitesurfing beaches in the world, from the B-clubs and Hangloose Beach.

The Nest of Fortune

The mini house is located on “Largo Rupe” one of the most beautiful terraces overlooking the sea in Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Here is "The Medallion of Fortune" by the great master Salvatore Fiume, which depicts the blindfolded goddess. That's why I decided to name the house “Il Nido della Fortuna” (The Nest of Fortune).
