Incredible location 10 meters from the sea that makes the view beautiful. The property offers immediate access to the wide, very quiet and uncrowded beach in front of the property, which also offers the services of a beach club. The beach and the seabed are sandy, the sea is not immediately deep.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. A few meters away you can find various supermarkets, a pharmacy, various shops and even a playground. The apartment is 500 meters from the sea. The price for 2 people is for one room. For those who want the second room, there will be a supplement, so I ask you after booking the apartment to tell us the room number so that we can send you the difference. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator.

La Villetta

45-square-meter townhouse located inside the San Rocco residence in Via Alessandro Magno, 537, Contrada Rocchi, RENDE (CS). Parking space, entrance with small staircase and private garden, house equipped with kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. There are heaters and a washing machine. Very quiet area inhabited mostly by families, the house is located 1 minute from the University of Calabria and 5 minutes from the central areas of Rende. Area also accessible by public transport.

Cozy Vacation Home, facing the sea, a beautiful view of the "Scogli di Isca" where you can enjoy a splendid view. Sun, sea and nature are the right mix for a relaxing vacation. In the immediate vicinity you will find bars, pubs, restaurants and pizzerias. The accommodation is suitable for families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The rooms have been recently renovated, have a contemporary design, are equipped with every comfort and an outdoor relaxation area.

Casa Degli Oleandri

The Casa degli Oleandri is in a great location. It is located just 45 minutes from Lamezia Terme Airport. Quiet area but very close to the city center, a 5-minute walk. It has 3 bedrooms, for a total of 4 beds, plus a bathroom and kitchen. AIR CONDITIONING. Upon arrival, you will find bed linens and bath sets. Coffee and tea for breakfast, mineral water. It has a private parking space reserved for guests. Just 200 meters away are grocery stores/tobacco shops/bars.

A haven of peace and quiet

It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small but very functional kitchen. The outdoor space is shared, but very large, you can safely park the car in total safety. There is also a veranda where you can eat or simply relax. A few minutes' drive away there are tourist centers, lakes and trails.

Holiday home "The high poplars"

Immersed in the green of the beautiful and charming plateau of Campotenese , a natural gateway to the Pollino National Park, 1 km from the motorway junction, on the SP 241 provincial road; the house is cozy and comfortable, consisting of two bedrooms, a living room-kitchen available to guests, a bathroom and a large outdoor green area that also serves as a parking. It is the ideal place for total relaxation in contact with unspoilt nature.

The property, completely renovated in 2022, is equipped with a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a private courtyard with a gazebo and a dining area (table and chairs). The central location gives access to several clubs, pubs, typical restaurants and local attractions. Right in the historic center, the property is located in an ancient historic building where tranquility reigns. We look forward to welcoming you and your furry friends.

Aeolus' nest

The apartment is a stone's throw from the sea and enjoys great views. It is equipped with a double sofa bed with peninsula, kitchen, bathroom, air conditioner and balcony. It is a 5-minute drive from the airport and train station. Very close to one of the most popular kitesurfing beaches in the world, from the B-clubs and Hangloose Beach.

A new spectacle of nature (The Suite)

The suite is brand new, the furniture and the environment are in shabby chic style and everything has been taken care of down to the smallest detail. The suite has a private terrace (furnished with an umbrella and sofa) with spectacular views and poignant sunsets. Guests will feel at home... with the best of the vacation.

The Nest of Fortune

The mini house is located on “Largo Rupe” one of the most beautiful terraces overlooking the sea in Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Here is "The Medallion of Fortune" by the great master Salvatore Fiume, which depicts the blindfolded goddess. That's why I decided to name the house “Il Nido della Fortuna” (The Nest of Fortune).
