The house in the heart of the center of Cernobbio, looks on one side on the Via Regina ( which can sometimes be busy but the house has anti-noise and air conditioning windows) and on the other side is immersed in the park of Villa Erba in Cernobbio on the lake of Como . For local access there are regular boat services and buses. For Switzerland and Milan, the stations of Como San Giovani, Como Lago or Chiasso (both 10-15 min taxi) serve with fast trains. Lugano, Milan Malpensa, Linate and Bergamo (Orio al Serio) all less than an hour tax without traffic.
