Apartment as described, very spacious. Great communication with Anna, who provides detailed directions to the apartment.
A rustic kitchen area features terracotta tiled flooring and an arched brick entryway. Sunflowers in a pot bring a touch of nature indoors, while a wooden dining table and chairs are positioned in the background, along with white cabinetry and a refrigerator.

Perfect welcome in a quiet house and a very well kept exterior. Stefano is attentive and very friendly. He gave us good advice and always a quick note without ever being invasive. The house belongs to his parents who stay on site and are just as pleasant as their son. Thank you for the stay this family made magical

Villa Medici Donnini Superior Apartment

RobertRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a wonderful week-long visit. I wish we had stayed longer. The villa is beautiful. It is spacious, clean, with modern amenities and appliances but also has some very nice antique furniture and decor. The outdoor patio is really amazing, with views of distant Tuscan hills and farms, olive and cypress trees - a great place to eat and relax outdoors. Nearby Arezzo is a great place to visit. There are many interested museums, churches and places to visit in the older section of the town (including the Basilica di San Francesco with frescoes by Piero della Francesca), but there are also more modern parts of town with shops and restaurants, and ample parking. The villa is also within easy driving distance of many other surrounding towns (such as Cortona) and places to visit. Our hosts were super helpful and friendly, and we especially enjoyed the olive oil that is provided and made from the trees growing on the property. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here! It was so peaceful, with beautiful surroundings. The place was set up with everything we needed for a few days of just cooking and relaxing. Sally was lovely, incredibly helpful, and really great at communicating with us throughout the entire stay. Would highly highly recommend!

Private Villa - Pool, A/C, Stove & Trad Pizza Oven

JessicaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
The stay with Roisin was very pleasant. The areas and beds were clean. Proportionately a large swimming pool. Beautiful sunbeds and seating areas. Kitchen was stocked with delicious food and drinks, which we were all allowed to use. We received good information in advance, also about the steep path that had to be taken. It was a very nice stay, we had nice weather, actually only used the bedrooms and kitchen inside.

A heartfelt thank you to Manuela and Nicola for the welcome! Beautiful place, with attention to detail, you can see that there is a lot of work, dedication and passion behind it. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts and everything you need, and even more. I highly recommend everyone to stay in this lovely place. The only regret is that I was there for a short time! I hope to be back soon. A special greeting to sweet Lila.
