A great location from which to travel by car to destinations in and around Nantes - our teenage children benefitted from having their own bedrooms and the garden was great for the dog.

great stay, incredible view, good equipment (too bad there is no small kitchen base (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar) but coffee available! only downside, the road is very busy during the week, and the proximity of the "entreponts" restaurant, a little noisy on the terrace in the evening thank you Cédric for this good stay

10/10. Fleur is kind, responsive and helpful. The house is in a great location. Close to public transportation and not far from the center by foot. Very peaceful area. The house was pristine upon arrival with a fully equipped kitchen. Really enjoyed this place, highly recommend if you’re looking for a place outside the hustle and bustle of the city but still in reach of all the city has to offer.

Very nice house, tastefully furnished, on a quiet street, in a charming and picturesque neighborhood, close to nice places in Nantes. Shops nearby. Sabrina was very responsive to our requests.

Great weekend at Elise's! The house really offers very comfortable services. Everything is clean, well decorated, nothing missing, everything is well thought out! A very nice exterior, the big plus is the covered pool + covered terrace!!! Games for kids. I recommend this place 200%. Particularly welcoming and warm host, a pleasure to have met you! I booked for my spouse's birthday with friends and our little dog on a long weekend. Florian and Elvire were very pleasant in our exchanges beforehand. We were greeted by his son and nice little touches. The house is compliant in every respect and the bedding is of high quality. For the pool, it was a real pleasure to be able to enjoy it at a good temperature on these 2 sunny days. Paid parking in front of the house, but a large free car park is a 10-minute walk away. Very quiet and pleasant neighborhood to recharge your batteries in the heart of the city. We do not regret our rental.

We had an amazing stay, Sylvie and Alain were very welcoming and kind. The pool was the best, the kids loved it.. and so safe with the pool alarm to warn if a child falls in unattended. That is really thoughtful. Lovely extension at the rear and nicely enclosed green garden making it feel very safe and relaxed. Great for the dogs also. Cool TV room upstairs to connect Netflix etc with a huge screen. Lots of supplies for cooking, cleaning and bathroom supplies which is great for large families like ours.. oh and a nice coffee maker! Thanks for letting us have your house for a week.. great to get away and not too far from many different sites and attractions. See you again.. Simon, Chloe and Family x

Solenn's house is in a quiet area but close to the center (7 min drive). We came with our children and between the pool and the nearby construction park which allows for walks (carousel and car circuit on one side and huge paddling pool and play area for the children on the other) we had enough to occupy them after our city visits every day. The house is tastefully decorated very functional and clean. Solenn was very responsive and was able to respond to any requests we requested. We'll be happy to go back!

Very well located apartment, close to trams and the city (and Maillé Brézé). Clear directions, very easy to find accommodation. Clean and cool accommodation (very pleasant in case of high heat like our hot weekend). Very well-equipped, we have nothing! Big positive point is the secure garage for the car (we did all our trips by tram, on foot or by bus). The photos are quite representative of reality. Flexible host (thank you very much), smiling, and very welcoming. It's a place I'll keep in mind if we come back as two people.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment centrally located in Nantes. Large space beautifully decorated. High ceilings and bright large windows throughout. Spacious. Well appointed kitchen, bedrooms and two nice bathrooms. The place was so comfortable in every way for our small group. The location provides easy walking to many wonderful restaurants as well as access to public transportation. If arriving late make sure to get clear instructions on retrieval of keys as host is not on site.

Marie's place is very well located for walking in the city center. It is tastefully decorated and practical!

As expected, Isabelle is a thoughtful and available host.

Communication with Morgane was excellent, she is a polite person and dispels all necessary doubts. When I arrived at his apartment, I already liked it the first time, everything was clean and organized, with a wonderful smell, very beautiful decoration, you have everything you need for a perfect stay, as in the photos! Great, highly recommend!
