The street is very quiet but the surroundings are animated by many shops, restaurants, wine bars and pubs. The tren station is 10 mins walk but you can take the tram to the nearest station about 2 mins walk. The beach is accessible with the tram and other buses. Our loft is located in the Carré du Roi area opposite the Jardin de la Reine near the Jardin des Plantes, Place du Peyrou, Les Arceaux and L'Écusson. The neighborhood is quiet and green. The accommodation includes a spacious living room with equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed, a mezzanine bed, a bathroom (shower + bathtub). The tram stop is at the end of the street and a Lib bike space is 200 m away.
