Maison La Roselière

Relax by the pool in summer or stove fireplace in winter at this confidential guest house in Montpellier. Built in a former dovecote, this contemporary one-storey suite is fully equipped and offers unobstructed views of a large wooden terrace and a park with century-old trees. You can also enjoy a real pétanque court, ping pong table and gas plancha. You will be our only guests since our guest house is unique. You will benefit from your own fully equipped kitchen, a safe and parking are at your disposal for free. Guests can enjoy the pool in summer and winter with the charm and warmth of the Stuv fireplace stove. In the house you will have at your disposal linen as well as linen and toiletries. (bathrobes, slippers but also pool sheets are at your disposal) Adjacent to La Roselière a laundry room is at your disposal with a second toilet, a washer and dryer machine, a sink. In addition to the bed in 160x200 (in the bedroom) and 120x200 (in the living room), possibility to sleep a child in the Bow-window (70x200) (with or without safety barrier) we can also lend you an umbrella bed for babies or small children as well as a high chair. You will enjoy WiFi throughout the house and around the pool, the connected desk with built-in speakers and the TV with Blue-Ray DVD player. You will be welcomed by real Montpellierers who love their city and will make you love it. You will appreciate the proximity to the city center, shops and public transport. You will have a gate opener if you own a car so that you can park it in front of the main house and be completely self-sufficient. You can access the entire garden of the house (about 3700 m2). Your full-floor house (independent of the main) gives access to the swimming pool and terraces (150 m2) and all the garden furniture. We also have a ping pong table, a plancha (on request) and soon a real pétanque court! (Pétanque games are currently played in wood). We will be a whole family to welcome you but it is I, Pascale who will best manage your stay. My mother lives with us and it is thanks to her that we have such a beautiful garden. She is passionate about plants and walks in our beautiful region and can advise you for your hikes around. We have many passions including ART in all its forms: painting, graphic design, photography, dance, decoration, architecture. But also good tables (I like bcp cooking), travel and beautiful encounters. We also have a dog and 2 cats . Located in the Boutonnet district, close to the Beaux Arts district, between the Aiguelongue and Facultés districts, you will enjoy a very popular and pleasant location. You will indeed be close to the city center and its advantages while being quiet. At 8 minutes walk you will have the tramway line 1 and 2. Also a bus stop in front of the house. 20 minutes walk from the heart of town. If you come by car you will have (free of charge) a parking space and a remote control for the gate. We are a 15-minute drive from Montpellier St Roch Train Station, also a 15-minute drive from the motorway and Montpellier Méditerranée Airport. For the nearest beaches it is a 17 minute drive. The pool, shared only with us the owners, it can be totally privatized. Just make us a special request and we will give you the price per day. We remain discreet and attentive to your privacy and avoid coming to the pool in the morning or evening when the house is occupied.
