This unique accommodation is very close to the Ecusson de Montpellier, Boutonnet district, in a charming cul-de-sac village atmosphere. Located on the ground floor. Quiet, you are not in the hustle and bustle of the Ecusson. Beer bar and lots of shops, artisans close by. Tram 200 m away. Parking is available in a secure private parking lot with pass, 50 m from the accommodation. (€10/day). Ask me before for confirmation because the parking space does not depend on my accommodation. A neighbor offers this service.

I offer a spacious and quiet room in my apartment. It is equipped with a 160 2-seater bed (sheets and towels provided), storage and a desk area with internet. The large window makes it bright and very pleasant to stay in. I share the bathroom and kitchen with you. The living room is only accessible for long-term trips (min 1 month). In the LAISSAC market district, the apartment is very well located for a tourist or business stay in Montpellier.

Lovely private country room!

The room where you will be welcomed is on the first floor of the house where we live in the Hôtel de Ville district near the Lez. Furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk, you will be perfectly comfortable. The bathroom/toilet is shared with the 2 guest rooms. You can meet our cat Biglouche if he deigns to visit us. We will welcome you in a spirit of sharing and mutual respect. A 5-minute walk away are tram lines 1, 3 and 4.

In the heart of the great Pic Saint-Loup

This tiny house is located in a charming village next to the Grand Pic Saint-Loup. Practical and cosy, it contains a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with living room and separate toilet. The small garden is very pleasant. The apartment is heated by wood, making it very cosy. It's just 20min from Montpellier, with grocery stores, organic produce stores, supermarkets, markets and farm cheese shops in the surrounding villages (max 10min).
