Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Central Visayas

We had a lovely stay at Shaira and Gian's Airbnb! They were incredibly nice and responsive, always quick to answer any questions we had. The place looked exactly like the photos—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Check-in was a breeze with the clear instructions provided. The location is amazing—just a short walk to the Ayala Mall in IT Park, Sugbo Mercado, and plenty of great restaurants. We did have a little trouble figuring out the microwave, soo... it took a while to heat some refrigerated food. 😅 Also, the elevators in the building are quite slow and hot. However, these didn’t take away from the overall comfort and convenience of the stay. The unit had everything we needed, easpecially the ultra fast internet! We felt safe and relaxed throughout. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again whenever we visit Cebu.

The place felt like home. Had everything you need. Me and my Fiancé enjoyed our stay there. We had no issues with anything. Checking in was easy with the instructions given to us. Host was responsive and really nice when asked about anything. We definitely will book this place again in the near future. We also recommend to any other traveler this place to stay at during their visit in Cebu.

As always the place was spotlessly clean and host is very accommodating and goes beyond what is expected by guests. Requests are granted even without added cost thus in a nutshell host is very professional and considerate, my family will always stay here when we will be in the nearby vicinity. The cleaner was also accommodating and courteous worth giving tip. Thank you Maam Grachel for hosting us. Will definitely recommend you to friends, relatives and officemates.

Really enjoyed our stay at Rene’s airbnb! Prime location, near most of the places we wanted to visit. Rene is also a very accommodating and helpful host, going above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The unit is also complete with towels, fresh water, and even slippers. Everything was great! Only thing that was disappointing was that I was not able to use the gym which I was looking forward to as many of the small hotels I visited traveling around Southern Cebu did not have a gym. There was a photo of the gym in the listing although it was not listed as an amenity I assumed (my fault) that it was available. It is only available to long term guests and residents. Regardless, it was a nice stay and really appreciated the washer that had a dryer function!

I had an amazing stay at this unit in Mactan Newtown! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a beachside getaway. With three air conditioners, staying cool in the 30°C heat and humidity was never an issue. After long days at the beach, having a washing machine and drying rack in the unit was incredibly convenient. The kitchen was a great bonus too — perfect for prepping snacks and meals before heading out for the day. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in Mactan!

Highly recommended✨️💯💯💯 MG's place is perfect for family and travelers who want to be in the center of all. Easy access to commute. Food stalls were just right in the corner. Mall is just in front. Pier is a quick 5 to 10 minutes trip. It was a nice place to rest after a whole day of travel. Thank You for welcoming us :)

me and my friends stayed in Miss Danica's place last minute due to some issues with our initial venue for staycation. we are glad that she responded quickly and agreed to accommodate us right away. her place is cozy, clean, private and fully equipped with fast Internet connection and Netflix. we are happy with our stay. again, thank you so much!

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Ma'am Belle's place in the heart of Cebu City. The location is very convenient—close to restaurants, shops, and key tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Ma'am Belle was an exceptional host. She was always quick to respond to our inquiries and very helpful with directions and local recommendations, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. Her warm hospitality truly stood out. The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It felt like a home away from home. Really affordable and the place was so clean. Host was super friendly, they even adjusted to tone themselves down, because I was working every night. I had so much inquiries and even bothered them to look for frozen stuff and asked if may available sila na water gallon. But they did it and answered me, amazingly. though, I would recommend to have a dish scrub or sponge. (Nahirapan ako mag hugas hehe) but overall, if you're looking somewhere na peaceful and malayo sa city, it's the place to-go. Plus, nalaman ko na may small 7/11 pala sa street—and pauwi nako nun. huhu. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We felt safe and peaceful in the house and in the neighborhood area, had clean and much ample space, and most importantly, the hosts were very understanding of our needs and responsive throughout our stay. We had a lovely stay at this villa. A means of transport is necessary (scooter or car), but the situation is nevertheless very good. Special mention for the small restaurant around the corner from the house, where the lunch is excellent. We highly recommend this listing for a relaxing stay in Siquijor.

The House of the Rising Sun was perfect for our group of 10 (9 adults and 1 child). Chris was responsive from the time that I was inquiring about many things before the actual booking, to the time that we were already in Bohol. He made practical suggestions that enabled us to maximize our time in Bohol. The van service provided by the Airbnb was a dealbreaker for us, because this made the airport transfers, the tours and the transportation to and from the beach and the restaurants so much easier (and cheaper!). The house itself was spacious and clean, and it came with all the creature comforts that one would expect from a good airbnb. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and again this was a major plus for Paul and Chris' place since we did not want to be at the beach all day long. Thank you, Chris, for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect place to chill and bond with family and friends.

I booked Jay's place for my entire family, and we all loved it! The home was very nice and cozy, spacious and comfortable. The location was private and peaceful as well. Jay is an awesome host! This was my second trip to cebu , and Queno place is perfect if you want to be near everything. You can walk right across the street and you have everything from coffee cafes , Japanese food, chicken & beer , night club , dunkin donuts , breakfast lounge with a full bar and food menu, and at night it's a hookah lounge upstairs.

Traveling to Cebu City? This place is the best! Room Size The one-bedroom unit is spacious and comfortable. Swimming Pool Perfect for families—especially those traveling with kids. Mixed-Use Complex There’s a grocery store and casual dining on the first floor, plus a kids’ café on the second—so convenient! Friendly Host The host is amazing—responds to messages within 5 minutes!

The place was neat & clean. The host was there to welcome us when we check in & give us orientation of her place & the amenities as well. next time we'll have our beach time, We'll definitely be back to book w/ her place again.

Top notch! Regularly cleaned, towels and sheets changed. Clear instructions and info. Studio was nice and in a fairly new building. Would definetely stay there again if I'm in town.

We absolutely loved the place! My niece and nephews loved the pool and we absolutely loved everything else too! There are a lot of restaurants in the area to choose from so it’s a great place all around. The host was super sweet and extremely helpful with my 1 million questions LOL. For me it was a 10/10! Will definitely come back again soon!!!
