Villa vacation rentals in Central Visayas

The place was beyond what we expected. Rooms are spacious, lots of areas to hangout, kitchen was well-equipped, large yard, and the caretaker who was there was extremely helpful. Host was also honest enough to inform us ahead that there are some renovations on going which actually didn’t get in our way at all. The only downside for us was the beach- it wasn’t as clean esp during high tide. Good thing they have kayaks, we still get to enjoy it. We were told they’re currently working on a swimming pool in the property, looking forward to booking again once it’s ready!

This a great beach front home! It has a large pool, beautiful grounds, private environment, and a picture perfect view across the ocean. The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen, and large living room with a great tv and strong wi-fi. The air conditioning works great throughout the home. With beautiful marble floors and a large porch (where we took all of our meals), it is a classy place. We were truly on vacation when Gloria supplied a cook who prepared all of our meals. Her fee was very low and the meals were delicious! Jeb was our onsite person who cleaned the pool each morning and ensured that the grounds were kept immaculate. Gloria arranged our airport pickup with Ricky whose fee was also very reasonable. Gloria made our time time there even better from her greeting us upon our arrival to responding our questions very quickly, she truly cares about her guests. It takes a little extra effort to get there, but it is well worth it. We love this place, and you will too!

We spent two week's at Merlyn's place and really enjoyed the accommodation. The bedroom villa was spacious, bright, and clean and the garden was beautiful. The kitchen villa had everything we needed to cook our meals and we had our breakfast there most mornings. The beach is right down the street and we were not far from our dive shop which required motorbike to get to/from town, etc. Communicating with Merlyn was very easy and she was always quick to respond. Her team at the property were very helpful as well. I highly recommend staying if you're looking for additional comforts (big bed, nice linens, lots of space, large bathroom, ceiling fan, AC, plus many other amenities) that you wouldn't normally find in a small village like Anda. We hope to return again soon.

I stayed here for a month and Angel created a place with a high feel-good factor with attention to the details. She was very helpful and always took care of my concerns. If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, this is the place to be. The 2 Golden Retrievers are super intimate and were a real enrichment. Comfortable bed, good internet for working. PS: Don't trust Google Maps, the fastest routes are not always so pleasant to drive, but there are two really good routes. It's best to ask Angela and don't try it on my own fist like I do.

Everything is what is expected. It was quite difficult to get to the property because of the mud, it was raining that day when we went which is not the host fault. If it was sunny it would have been perfect. We just didn't expect that is would be very slippery and muddy. but overall it was great place to stay.

We loved our stay at Carolina del Mar! 4 rooms with en suite bathrooms between 10 adults and 2 kids made it a comfortable stay. Kitchen was functional and suited our needs. We did bring our own coolers to stock ice in, fridge was too small for our supplies (and big appetites!) We loved hanging out at the beachfront cabana where we made iced coffee and grilled bbq. There was an unexpected blackout due to a transformer issue elsewhere and the hosts and the caretaker, Kuya Gidz, were very responsive and updated us that it was being fixed. We had fun snorkeling near-shore and even further out where there is more sea life to enjoy. The strong currents during our stay are something to take note so just make sure you have a swim/dive buddy and flotation devices if you're not a strong swimmer. Great place, overall! Wish we could've stayed longer and had time to visit more than one of the nearby waterfalls! <3

It was a three-generation family trip, and it was a very comfortable place to stay with my family. The barbecue and helper helped me eat well, and the children could swim every day, so it was a satisfying trip. ^ ^ Especially, the Savemore was right across the street, so it was convenient to walk to the grocery store, and it was so nice that the Noah Massage Shop was also nearby. It was my first trip to Cebu because the host connected me right away if I needed a grocery store or a travel company, but it was a very satisfying trip!! I'll definitely use it again next time ~ ^ ^

I was looking for a place to book for a group of 20, and I booked it, but I heard that the facilities were remodeled this year. Maybe that's why everything was tidy overall. There was also a resident helper, so it was very helpful. And the swimming pool was bigger than anything, so it wasn't small even if twenty people were playing together. We also rent tubes and life jackets for babies free of charge. A Korean employee responded, so there was no problem in communication, and I was able to go cheaply because I received recommendations for nearby tourist attractions and tours. This is a recommended accommodation for families and groups.

It’s perfect for my big family. Everyone was comfortable. We enjoyed the clean pool. Care takers are very helpful.

Our Executive James was fully satisfied with his experience staying at this property. It was better than the photos. You truly have to experience it firsthand, to fully appreciate it. The host Melody was very professional, caring, attentive, and helpful whenever help was needed. Their on-premises staff were also helpful with everyday tasks and chores when asked. However, at the same time, during the entire stay, they never bothered the guests unnecessarily and instead provided full privacy. They strike the perfect balance between being helpful and providing peace and quiet. Communicating with Melody and their staff was easy, fast, and precise. The villa was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and it was nice and private. Ronan was a great host and was always contactable. The group thoroughly enjoyed staying here. This villa is ideal for a group staying in Panglao.

This property far exceeded our expectations. We were looking for somewhere close to Sumilon Island and the whale shark tours. It was even closer than the map indicated. You can see the island from the property and the boat dock was 5 minutes away. The whale shark tour was about 2 minutes farther. The surroundings were exceptional. We snorkeled every day right off of the property and saw everything we could imagine in 3 days. There were sea turtles, dolphins, and we did not even need the whale shark tour as they passed by right in front of the property. Moreover, the place comes with an exceptional staff that provides everything you need. Fay and Jay were also wonderful. This is a hidden gem in Cebu. My family and I will definitely be staying here again.

We stayed as a large group and it was a wonderful memory. I used the drinks in the facility, but I was a little suspicious because the local staff's counting method was unclear.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless – the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The amenities provided were top-notch and added a lot of convenience throughout my visit. The location is also ideal, situated right beside the national highway, making it easy to travel and explore the area. Despite its proximity to the road, the property remained peaceful and quiet inside. What really stood out was the staff – they were incredibly nice and accommodating, always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located place with great service. I’d definitely stay here again!

Very happy and satisfied with our overall experience. We booked last minute for our mother’s birthday, but still has been accommodated well. The owners are very friendly, hospitable, and approachable. Place is very private, perfect for families who want to spend quality time together. Will definitely recommend this to our friends.

It was a beautiful home. The house is quite far from the city. Difficult to look for transportation to the city but it was well compensated with the amenities and the responsive host and caretaker

Amazing house right in front of the ocean overlooking Apo Island. The garden is very well kept by friendly workers. The house had all imaginable amenities and was comfortable. Easy access to the diveshop next door and the amazing Tropika restaurant. Otherwise on land there is not much to do. Just what we were looking for. May may was a great host too and would take care of our needs in just minutes. 10/10 would come again.

You can go to the sea through Ilsoño. Moalboal is the first priority of the sea, so you can enjoy the sea without having to go to Chilliba, and there is a swimming pool in the villa, so I played in the pool in the evening. Cats that come every day are another heart healing! It was a private house, so I was able to play music in the evening and talk about the day with my family. I was so happy during my stay at the villa. The space and people were so lovely.
