House vacation rentals in Central Visayas

It was as comfortable as my cottage in Bohol. They also booked a van before arriving at the port to get from Cebu to Bohol. Drinking water was also provided, and all cooking utensils and seasonings were provided, and he explained about the accommodation very passionately. I needed to print something urgently, and I was thankful that you printed it for me. It was an eco-friendly accommodation, so I was able to greet the lizard every morning, and it was nice to have air conditioning in the living room and in both rooms. I highly recommend it because it is a very good accommodation for a large family to stay at a reasonable price. On the day I returned, I couldn't get a Grab, so I urgently requested a taxi, and you worked hard to find me. Thank you. I don't know when I'll go to Bohol again, but until then, be happy.

My family and extended family of more or less 30 stayed in the place for 3days 2 nights. The whole place was so clean, the ambiance so perfect for a family vacation and its much more. Our group of different age groups enjoyed every detail the villa has to offer. The kids as well as the kids at heart loved the waterfalls and pool, the gen z loved the picturesque ambiance and took pictures all over the place, the millenials enjoyed coffee and drinks by the pool where they catch up stories and did karaoke night and the plantitas appreciated the beauty of the plants surrounding the place. Its peaceful, quiet as what has been explained and we loved it. It gave us the intended rest we needed from the hustle of the city life. Overall, we would be very glad to recommend the place to our friends and would consider coming back again next time. Thank you so much for the wonderful accomodation! 🫰

All the employees were polite, friendly, and flexible.The room was very clean and I was able to use the water without any problems. When I applied for towels, I was able to get them every time I applied, and they responded quickly when I wanted extra towels on the tour. They also replenished water for free every day, so we didn't have to worry about water. Anyway, it was thanks to this Airbi that we had a very satisfying trip. Thank you again for everything.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this property. The interior and the pool looked just like the photos. Though the place is a bit aged, everything was clean, and the towels and bedding were fresh and crisp. It was clear how well David and his family care for the home — even the pool was beautifully maintained. Manager Allen was incredibly responsive and kind to our family’s needs. The firefly tour he arranged was an unforgettable experience — far better than others we’ve seen. When my niece wanted a nail service, David’s wife kindly took her. There was a small issue, but she did her best to help, and we’re very grateful. We also used the chef service — every dish was delicious, and both adults and kids enjoyed the meals. Our family had such a happy and memorable time here. If we come back to Bohol, we’d love to stay again. And lastly, thank you so much, Allen! :)

Lovely sunrise . Frequent sightings of sea turtles. Clean waters for swimming / snorkeling. The Karaoke set and LED screen Tv is a sure winner. Leah our caretaker is kind and friendly . Keeps the place clean and neat

We've bsen a clienf/guests of Sir Rex place for about 8yrs now. Almost every year we rented his place (he has various of property to choose). Just a perfect avenue for family get together. The place is so spacious. So loving it. Thank you for having this kind of space for us to bond with our family.

Gloria is an amazing host. The place was exactly as described even better once you get here. Very clean great Ac. The pool was very clean and nice. I really liked her dogs too very friendly. This was one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited and the surrounding area was amazing. Everything was at our fingertips and there were many places to visit and destinations to explore. The area was so peaceful and the people were so friendly. Maria and Chris were delightful to visit with and more than accommodating. Charlotta has a beautiful house at the beach. We got welcomed by her in-laws who picked us up at the port for a fee. The house has all the necessitys you need like a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom with a washing machine. We were able to rent a motorbike from them and were able to explore the island. It was a pleasure to stay at her place and we realy enjoyed it. If you won't to stay away from San Juan and live on a quieter place, is this house the perfect place to be.

grace is a awesome host, the accommodation was close access to the city, but the surrounding area looks like Beirut.... the dogs and roosters very noisy, but other then that it was great for our needs.

All our requests were met friendly and we had support with almost whatever we wanted. Place require scooter to go anywhere or tuk tuk. Scooter is better Great breakfast (smoothies, their town hill breakfast), eggs breakfast was so-so. They helped with setup cinema a few times and ordered dinner from local restaurant (very good) and served it on their plates. Looked fantastic and was delicious actually I would probably come again

My whole family loved our stay. We loved that there was a bar/restaurant and lovely staff to help us with whatever we needed. Pool was great for my daughter. It was a home away from home.

Of the 5 apartments we stayed in, this one was the most comfortable! And right by the sea!! Alicia is very attentive to her guests. It's very pleasant and convenient. There's no doubt that if we go back to Bohol, we'll book with Alicia.

The place was absolutely beautiful, nestled in the heart of nature with a magical forest atmosphere that truly invites you to disconnect and relax. It’s a peaceful and unique spot, perfect for recharging. There was also the sweetest cat who kept us company the whole time — such a cuddle bug, always looking for affection, which made the experience even more special! A small downside, which was beyond the hosts’ control: Siquijor experienced a blackout during our stay, so we didn’t have electricity. However, the hosts were wonderful, very kind and responsive, and they did their best to find solutions and make sure we were comfortable. Their warmth and attentiveness really made a difference. Thank you again for a memorable and magical stay!

The house was open from the sea and had a beautiful view from the room. A place with a special atmosphere, very comfortable and spacious. Quiet neighborhood, scooter ride to the center. Very warm service, especially one of the ladies who welcomed us, was incredibly kind and helpful. Despite the small wifi glitch, a portable router with an internet card was brought just for us, which shows a lot of commitment to the service. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. All this makes us want to go back.

Our party of seven had a perfect stay at Casa Luisa. The house is more spacious than the photos depict. The kitchen had all we needed for cooking meals. The youngsters enjoyed the professionally maintained pool. We would happilly stay at Casa Luisa again.

Zenith's place gave us the comfort that we needed away from home. We all feel at home once we are inside the unit.

We were a big family and we were able to fit on the property. we loved that they have an honesty store especially we had kids with us and their supplies at their mini store are affordable. commending zai as well for assisting us the moment we arrived.

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

We had a great stay at this property! The place was very clean when we arrived, cozy, and nicely furnished, definitely made us feel at home. Aesthetic interior layout and design! The kitchen was a huge plus, with complete utensils, a rice cooker, and a microwave, great for cooking. Note that Foodpanda isn't available; GrabFood has limited options (Jollibee, one local spot). A grocery run is recommended for longer stays. Upon arrival, we got the wrong key box code, but the host responded immediately with the correct one. The owner was exceptionally hospitable, even allowing family to stay at no extra charge. Minor issues: the bathroom had a strange odor (could use air freshener), and the sliding door was stiff with some small bugs. There is also no hot shower. Overall, despite these minor issues, it's a great place with a very responsive and kind host! We'd definitely consider coming back!
