This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Five kilometers from us is Hřensko, the entrance station to Pravčická brána. You can go to Děčín for culture and entertainment by bike, train or car.

The accommodation is cozy and flooded with light. The remote-controlled blind system darkens everything completely if you can't stand the light in the morning. What a cozy house with this unspeakably beautiful location by the stream. In the middle of nature. We more than liked the stay. The garden and the surroundings invite you to explore. The apartment itself is tastefully and modernly furnished and everything you need was there. Everything is very well maintained and incredibly clean. We particularly liked the large family beds and the fireplace. Bára responded very quickly to requests and was very friendly and helpful. Great service. We highly recommend the accommodation!

Uwe is very friendly. He met us in person at the entrance and showed us the apartment. The apartment can be reached via a staircase, spacious, clean and very well equipped. There is also a lot for children. You can park right in front of the house. I can only recommend the apartment.

Martina's fully equipped house is wonderful!! The mega comfortable bed, the fireplace, the sauna, the terrace, everything, everything made our vacation perfect. The cleanliness in the house is also remarkable! If you travel with a toddler, you will find all the necessary things on site such as: high chair, attachment for the toilet bowl, dishes for small children's hands. The communication with Martina was very pleasant and that also made us feel welcome. For excursions to Karlovy Vary, Lokot and other cities, this place is ideal. 100% recommended!!!

We had a lovely weekend there. The place looks like the photos, is clean and beautifully located, surrounded by fields. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be. Communication with the host was great, always received a quick response. The only thing we didn't like so much is that we weren't very flexible with the checkout, as it was a personal checkout and the lady had to drive there and there was a time window. However, the woman was also very nice!
