A stunning castle and grounds rich in history. My wife and I visited in November, and even with much of the trees and flowers bare in autumn, it was so beautiful we knew we will have to see the castle in its full glory in spring or summer. Alberto has put incredible work into making the stay memorable. The foyer is full of curated art to enjoy, amd comfortable nooks to sit and enjoy the space. We had a wonderful four-course meal and wine, and excellent service from the staff, who were very thoughtful. Kutna Hora and Kolin made for enjoyable daytrips into nearby small towns, with good restaurants and a much-needed rest between visiting large cities. We stayed here on our way to Brno, which was our favourite of the cities we saw in Czech, so any traveler going that direction should consider treating themselves to an unforgettable stay in Chateau Třebešice (Tshre-be-SHI-tze)!

What a special stay! Highly recommended. The apartment was in the round tower. You imagine yourself in the Middle Ages with a canal around the old castle. It is dated inside, but matches the photos and descriptions. So you know in advance what you're booking. It is also a good starting point for sightseeing. Also nice that there is a small neighborhood supermarket a 3-minute walk away that has everything. Even vegan!

Daniela is the groundskeeper for Franz and she is a wonderful host. It's a beautiful house/castle with lots of room. the master bedroom is upstairs with a bathroom across the hallway. there are two rooms downstairs with a bathroom in between. Internet is sufficient for one person to do zoom video calls. WiFi signal in the bedrooms downstairs are a bit weak. But then whose working when you have such beautiful backyard (acres) to explore. Daniela and her daughter gave us the best tour of the castle. highly recommend this experience.

What a place!! Wonderful apartment steeped in history. Super clean comfy and well equipped. Arnoud was so friendly and helpful. Nice pool and bar snacks etc too. So pleased to find this place.

A very cool experience! The rooms were impeccable, shower and toilet were also completely sufficient. Frank is a great host and tells many great stories about the house! The nights were super quiet apart from some creaking floorboards, which makes sleeping buildings built in 1666 all the more authentic! We enjoyed the tranquility and nature in the courtyard very much and the dogs were in paradise. Lots to explore, both for people and four-legged friends! All in all: Again and again!

The two of us had a fantastic time in Jílové during our stay at Vladimir's and Helena's place. The villa is an attraction in itself, and Vladimir made sure to give us a little tour of the house upon arrival – including a view of the area from the house's very own tower! Vladimir and Helena are wonderful hosts who reacted calmly and warmly when we arrived at the accommodation earlier than expected. They provided us with a quick and easy solution. The apartment was super clean and has a huge size, allowing you to spend a relaxed time even with several guests (or children). The area is beautiful, easily accessible by bus, and has several grocery stores and small shops, as well as two restaurants/pubs within quick walking distance. My personal highlight was the hike up Sněžník and from there on to Děčín. Much respect and appreciation for these wonderful hosts and the picturesque region!

The apartment is very nice, well maintained and spacious. The equipment of the apartment leaves nothing to be desired. The light-filled rooms invite you to linger. On the terrace you can enjoy the fantastic evening moods. The location of the apartment is perfect. On the one hand, it is nestled in beautiful nature in an absolutely quiet location, on the other hand you are very quickly on the Elbe and in the old town of Dresden. Located in a quiet village but with easy access to the tram into Würzburg. Excellent local Italian restaurant (di Ricci) which has a limited menu but the food is delicious .

We very much enjoyed our stay in the castle. The unit was very spacious and full of charm—you could even climb the tower. The location could not have been better with a bakery, Italian restaurant and market just steps away.

We had the guest apartment with garden access and loved it! Bigger than the pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped. For 4 people, everything is available. The dog also got his own feeding station, really thought of everything:) highly recommended for dog owners and always worth a trip!

Wow, this place is really amazing. We were travelling the two of us together with our dogs by car from Sweden. First we had to decide which room to sleep in, which was not easy ;) Then we cooked dinner and had a nice cup of coffe. We took a short walk in the beatiful garden. A beautiful and calm place which we really can recommend 😊

We spent a very varied week in the Zarchlin area and had a direct and stimulating exchange with Marianne and Daniel in addition to the beautiful accommodation, which were available for all our questions. The small kiosk in the house and the large vegetable bed have made self-catering easier and enriched us as bicycle tourists. The description of the estate, renovated with care and passion, matches the reality we encountered.

Ottenhain Castle, formerly a manor house, is almost a must-see in the region. Susanne and Klaus "the castle lords" live on the first floor. They have a very sweet dog who is only allergic to the doorbell. Susanne gave us a short tour of the castle and park and showed us the apartment. A total of three apartments are available. Also ask about the tower climb! It is a pleasure. Furthermore, there is a library and a campfire pit. On the ground floor and 1st floor, renovation work is still taking place. It will probably take a little longer until it shines in its old glory. It is intended for public events and will benefit the village. there was a safe place to park our bikes. It enjoyed it very much.

We had a very nice, relaxing and through the gong session and the nice chatting afterwards unforgettable New Year's Eve with Marianne and Daniel. The two were very friendly and we were able to talk directly. They were super accessible with questions, responded quickly and had great tips. We would like to come back!

The stay was great, we felt very comfortable! The castle is a bit cold, but it could be heated in all rooms with a fireplace and there were hot water bottles :-) Really an absolute oasis of well-being. The garden with barbecue and fireplace is amazing and great for cozy campfire evenings :-)

The room I had is nice and large, with two beds and two "desks" by the window, it is bright with a private bathroom. There is a kettle in the shared hallway. It's a magical old villa. Unfortunately, the house is very noisy and the other guests (or residents?) of the house were also very lively at night (children's chatter, music, conversations, quarrels..). But maybe that was just bad luck. The street didn't bother me. There were double windows and very good roller blinds for blackout. Value for money just under 4 **** from me, because you have to go somewhere outside for breakfast and also invest in good earplugs :-) Also because of the noise, it could be a little cheaper. Overall, however, 5***** from me and also a recommendation, if you don't mind the noise.
