The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Vor der Wohnküche ist eine grosse, überdachte Terrasse mit einem offenen Grill. Im EG befindet sich auch eine Dampfsauna mit Dusche und extra Gäste WC.

Surrounded by shops and restaurants, with easy access to trams leading to the Old Town. If you're seeking a peaceful and comfortable retreat within close proximity to the Old Town, then this is the ideal destination for you.

In 90 minutes you are from Berlin to Doberlug-Kirchhain, a traditional white tanner town through which the small Elster flows.
