This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Über einen separaten Eingang erreicht man die Wohn-Küche, einen großen Wohn-/ Schlafraum sowie das Bad. Eine Schiebetür kann zur Wohnküche geschlossen werden. Der Garten kann vollständig genutzt werden, verschiedene Sitzplätze laden zum Entspannen ein. Nach Weimar gibt es zwei schöne Radwege sowie eine stündliche Busanbindung.

Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

Come to our apartment in Labské pískovce. It is located in the middle of the largest sandstone canyon in Europe in Dolní Žleb. Elbe sandstones are one of the most beautiful climbing areas in our country. Mountain climbers, hikers, cyclists and nature lovers will find something to do here. Five kilometers from us is Hřensko, the entrance station to Pravčická brána. You can go to Děčín for culture and entertainment by bike, train or car.

V teto lokalite bych uz jine ubytovani v budoucnu nehledala, toto je jasna volba.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen, perfekt also um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, wir werden bestimmt die Unterkunft wieder besuchen kommen. Liebe Grüße von einem jungen Pärchen die einfach den Alltagsstress für paar Tage zum entspannen genutzt haben.

Lukas und Lucy sind sehr sympathische und zuvorkommende Leute. Wir haben nach Empfehlungen für Burgen in der Gegend gefragt und haben die besten Empfehlungen erhalten. Die Unterkunft ist gemüdlich und Lichtdurchflutet. Das ferngesteuerte Storensystem dunkelt aber alles komplett ab, wenn man das licht am Morgen nicht erträgt. Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out war alles wunderbar und wir hoffen, dass wir bei Lukas wiedereinmal willkommen sein dürfen. Vielen Dank!

Was für ein gemütliches Haus mit dieser unsagbar schönen Lage am Bach .Mitten in der Natur.Der Aufenthalt hat uns mehr als gefallen.Der Garten und die Umgebung laden gleich zum erkunden ein.Die Wohnung selbst ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und es war alles da was man braucht.Alles ist sehr gepflegt und unheimlich sauber.Die großen Familienbetten und der Kamin haben uns besonders gut gefallen.Bára hat sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Toller Service .Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Uwe ist sehr freundlich. Er hat uns persönlich am Eingang getroffen und die Wohnung gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist uber eine Treppe zu erreichen, geräumig, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch für Kinder ist extra vieles dabei. Parken kann man direkt vor dem Haus. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Das voll ausgestattete Haus von Martina ist wundervoll!! Das mega bequeme Bett, der Kamin, die Sauna, die Terasse, alles, alles hat unseren Urlaub vollkommen gemacht. Die Sauberkeit im Haus ist ebenfalls bemerkenswert! wr mit Kleinkind reist, findt vor Ort al notwendigen Dinge wie : Kinderstuhl, Aufsatz für die Kloschussel, Geschirr für kleine Kinderhände. Die Kommikation mit Martina war sehr angenehm und das gab uns zusätzlich das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Für Ausflüge nach Karlovy Vary, Lokot und andere Städte ist dieser Ort optimal. 100% empfehlenswert!!!

Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende dort. Die Unterkunft sieht aus wie auf den Fotos, ist sauber und schön gelegen, inmitten von Feldern. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war super, immer schnelle Antwort erhalten. Das einzige was uns nicht ganz so gut gefallen hat ist, dass wir mit dem Checkout nicht sehr flexibel waren, da es ein persönlicher Checkout war und die Dame dafür erst anfahren musste und es ein Zeitfenster gab. Die Frau war allerdings auch sehr nett!

Very peaceful, very comfortable. Lovely apartment, clean and cozy. Off road parking. Welcome drinks in the fridge when we arrived, which was needed after a hot and long journey. Check-in was very smooth via a key box. I would highly recommend.

Rosina, thank you very much for guesting us. For treating us like a family. She is very kind and treat her guest like family. She is very accomodating and approachable. She even let my kids borrow some toys. She is very easy to talk with even though we dont speak German, she communicates well in English. Shes a great Host and her place is indeed beautiful.. One of the best Airbnb Experience that we had.
