Host always responded directly, very friendly and cooperative. Everything super organized. Completely uncomplicated check-in and check-out, all with code and without key. Great location, you are right in the pedestrian zone. Quiet in the evening, we had a studio on the 5th floor. The sofa bed for the 3rd person was also large and good to sleep on. View into the backyard is not the most beautiful, but it was very quiet. The apartment house is equipped with an elevator. Parking is available right around the corner in an open parking lot with a barrier (€12/24 hours) Overall, a very nice, very well located, modern and well-maintained accommodation right in the center with many culinary options starting with breakfast, lunch and dinner, coffee, cocktails and snacks. A super nice place to relax and feel completely comfortable. We give 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️

A lovely, homey oasis.

It's a very nice and cosy apartment with all basic things available. location is amazing that allows you to reach all the places very easily with tram stop just 2 minutes away. Everything was fantastic. I recommend any first time tourists visiting Prague. Just with kid one issue as TV is not smart we had to plan other things for him. Else excellent stay!

We spent an extended weekend in Mühlhausen. Since we are always looking for something with our little dog with a garden and dog-friendly environment, the city apartments caught our eye, as this was exactly what was visible in the pictures. Our expectations were exceeded. All super accommodating and friendly and in the middle of the city still having such a great garden is very nice. Clear recommendation and if we are around again, we will also choose the Burkhard family again.

Great location - you can walk to most tourist spots in the city and there are good restaurants, cafes, bakery etc. nearby. Michal was very helpful - always messaged back to my questions quickly and helped arranging transportation for us. One small suggestion I have is that it will be nice if there’s a full-length mirror by the door! :) We loved the city of Praha and would definitely consider staying here again if we ever have a chance to come back.

Everything important was in the room. Rooms very tidy, no nasty surprises. Check-in with the code 24/7 possible without any problems. Very good location in Berlin. Recommended for anyone who wants to see Berlin but doesn't want to live too centrally. We'd love to come back!

Could not recommend this place more! Stylishly decorated, yet also homely. Incredible to look out the window into Prague's streets. Great shower, comfy bed, milk frother and coffee machine! I was only able to stay 1 night whilst passing through but wish I could have stayed more!

Small, simple and quiet apartment. Plenty of space to linger in the courtyard and garden. Great starting point for long hikes without travel. And a super nice family who gave us information and tips. I was very comfortable.

I had a great time staying at Basecamp the last month! The rooms are clean and pretty and have everything you need! The communal facilities are really great and all the people incredibly nice :)

A really nice little apartment. If I had spent more than one night there, I would have felt at home. Above all, the winter garden offers a cozy atmosphere. I'd love to come back if it should be available :)
