Virgin è un appartamento con terrazzo con vista mare e accesso privato alla spiaggia (50 metri), inserito in un piccolo residence dallo stile mediterraneo molto tranquillo e immerso in una pineta che si affaccia sulla baia di mazzaforno. E´dotato di parcheggio riservato e spazi comuni: solarium, playground; area barbecue, docce esterne. Dista circa 3km dal centro storico di Cefalù. Nelle vicinanze: lidi, villaggi turistici, pizzerie, cucina tipica siciliana, bar in spiaggia, campi da tennis.

Quiet Apartment Close to the Beach

L'appartamento è uno spazioso seminterrato di circa 60mq a Mondello, composto da soggiorno con due aperture esterne, angolo cottura, camera da letto con finestra sul soggiorno e ventilatore a pale al soffitto, bagno con doccia e terrazzino esterno dove consumare i pasti. Il mare dista 12 minuti a piedi o 5 con le biciclette a disposizione dei nostri ospiti ( da versare soltanto una cauzione di euro 50,00 per bici, restituibili al rientro delle stesse in uguali condizioni della consegna ).

My house is located on the Addaura seafront, inside a residence, in a quiet area surrounded by greenery. Very bright and spacious, my house consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. A single room and two other bathrooms. A terrace facing the Gulf of Mondello overlooking the sea, equipped with a sitting area, dining area and fitness area. Ideal for savoring your moments of relaxation while enjoying the view of the sea and dreamy sunsets.

House by the sea just 4 km from Cefalù and 1 km from S. Ambrogio. The house is part of a complex of terraced villas located a short walk from the sea. The beach it overlooks is among the most beautiful and pristine in the area, characterized by stone and gravel. The sea bed is almost entirely fine sand (but may change depending on storm surges). Simply put, it's a real house on the sea! The accommodation has AC and SmartTV with Netflix subscription in every room.

Acasaammari - Relax 2 minutes from the beach

Acasaammari is a delightful "blue" house, decorated with a marine theme, it offers a large outdoor kitchen with dining area where you can cook, eat your meals and barbecue while making the most of your vacation! The villa is a 2-minute walk from the beach, both free/public and private/equipped, where you will also find some snack bars and restaurants open all summer. The place is ideal both for quiet and romantic holidays and for family holidays.

The Pink House is a newly built modern-style villa, with sea view, consisting of 3 bedrooms, all equipped with bathroom, and large living/kitchen area where you can admire a splendid view. Outside in addition to a spacious terrace where you can comfortably dine, there is a large garden and a panoramic pool, which on request with an additional cost can be heated, to enjoy it even during the cold months.

The Rooms of the Village

The house is set on 2 floors plus a top terrace with a magnificent view of the country, the surrounding mountains and the sea. On the first floor there is a living room with separate cooking area, a room with twin beds and a bathroom. Upstairs two double bedrooms and a bathroom. On the top floor, laundry and access to the terrace, equipped with barbecue, dining table and deckchairs.
