The place is so nice and clean, stone away from Ayala which is very good. Best place to stay in Cebu. I will definitely book the place again.

sehr schöne Wohnung, leider etwas laut. Inneneinrichtung hochwertig. Kommunikation mit Vermieter ausgezeichnet, auch wenn es ein paar Probleme gab, war er sehr bemüht rasch eine Lösung zu finden und anzubieten. Blick über die Stadt war atemberaubend. einzige Kritikpunkte: man hört den Strassenverkehr extrem gut, das soll aber gem Vermieter mit neuen Fenstern behoben werden und putzpersonal besser instruieren und kontrollieren. ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der riesigen Wohnung und ich kann ganz klar eine Empfehlung ausstellen!

The air conditioning blew cold, keeping the space comfortable even on warm days, and the bed was incredibly cozy for a great night’s sleep. I had such a great experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and it was clear that the hosts put a lot of care into making the space welcoming. The bed was cozy, the amenities were thoughtful, and the neighborhood was quiet yet conveniently located. One of the highlights was that the host kindly provided transportation to and from the ferry station, which made my arrival and departure completely stress-free. Staying in Nelson place is like home. Child-friendly , spacious kitchen, very comfortable living area and terraces. We love the wood floor and the small playground behind the pool. Everything was there that made it comfortable. Area is near airport and the road was not so busy. Definitely highly recommended !

Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum! Die Lage direkt am Meer, die offene Küche, die Zimmer und der Pool haben uns total geflashed. In der Umgebung gibt es ein paar süße Restaurants und wenig andere Touristen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der ein tolles Strandhaus mit viel Ruhe möchte.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this property. The interior and the pool looked just like the photos. Though the place is a bit aged, everything was clean, and the towels and bedding were fresh and crisp. It was clear how well David and his family care for the home — even the pool was beautifully maintained. Manager Allen was incredibly responsive and kind to our family’s needs. The firefly tour he arranged was an unforgettable experience — far better than others we’ve seen. When my niece wanted a nail service, David’s wife kindly took her. There was a small issue, but she did her best to help, and we’re very grateful. We also used the chef service — every dish was delicious, and both adults and kids enjoyed the meals. Our family had such a happy and memorable time here. If we come back to Bohol, we’d love to stay again. And lastly, thank you so much, Allen! :)

My family and I had the most incredible and wonderful stay with Peter and Rowena! Their house, garden, and location and most importantly their wonderful hospitality and friendship made us have the most amazing time ever! The house and garden and location is magic, right next to the most amazing snorkeling with a reef right in front of their house. The house is so beautiful with all the rooms and facilities you need and the garden and pool is incredible with views over the ocean and jungle that is a dream come true. Peter and Rowena are the most amazing hosts you can imagine. We had such an incredible time with them. We had so many wonderful conversations about life, received incredible advice and ideas about all the incredible things you can see and visit in Panglao. It's more than what we paid for. We had the warmest welcome, that us feel at home right away. Our host was very responsive, and attended to our needs right away. The space was huge, clean, and since we do not want to mess up with the home vibes, our food stuff was really concentrated on the dining table. Rules are clear and they will really make you be respectful of the place. We were in Cebu for work, so coming at our homestay at night was relaxing. The place is just few mins to where we worked, walkable to a mall, mcdo, 7-11 etc We highly recommend the place and we will book again should we get the chance. Thanks to our host.

Very clean had shampoo and body wash ac was cold and the pool was super nice. Near to it park maybe 5 mins could walk there. Laundry place right across the street and they had a good breakfast spot downstairs

If you're on a budget and would like to stay somewhere quiet. This is the place to be. Home away from home. You can make your coffee, because they have an electric kettle. Cook meals as well. If you're unfamiliar with the place, you should do your grocery before checking in. Wi-Fi is great. I was able to binge on my favorite show on NetFlix. I just hope they could do something about the pressure of the water. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The place was neat & clean. The host was there to welcome us when we check in & give us orientation of her place & the amenities as well. next time we'll have our beach time, We'll definitely be back to book w/ her place again.
