Vacation rentals with a home theater in Cebu

Miss Karmine was nice, respectful, and very responsive. I think that’s what made me choose her place, I requested it to be cleaned since my aunt’s a bit dramatic and she never disappointed me—it was squeaky clean. Water’s nice, no hot showers yet but it’s aight. She’s also very generous.

Jessica was a joy to work with, from the initial contact through the check out process, we find her easy to communicate with, responsive and very accommodating, we have no complaints. As far as the facility itself, we find it clean, airy, and fresh. The moment we walked in, we felt reassured that we have made the right choice. The location is perfect and within walking distance of fine dining and shopping areas. A few suggestions to make the stay a bit more pleasurable for orthers: 1. Washer and dryer in the unit for long stays. 2. Personal appliances such as Iron, ironing board, hair dryer for the ladies. 3. The heavy bedspread in the master bedroom was heavy and too hot for the climate in the area. 4. The entry door does not feel secure, I suggest reinforcing it with a deadbolt and perhaps install a more robust and rigid door. 5. Replacement for soiled linen and towels. Other than that, we've enjoyed our stay and will certainly consider it again Highly recommended. Joe

I had a great stay in this condo, close to Ayala center, 7-11 and other shops. Lady Cherry was very kind and she responded quickly to my messages. I reccomend.

I’ve stayed in other Baseline condos before. This condo is in best condition, new, very clean, and spacious. Also Klenn and Marje were very responsive to any and all questions. I will definitely rent here again.

This was my third Philippines condo is the past month. It was by far the nicest. I give a Five Star rating in almost every category. It is a one bedroom with sleeping quarters separate from the living room/dining area. There is plenty of of space to hang your clothes and put them away on a shelf. I was able to connect my Amazon Firestick to the TV and connect it, via VPN, to the U.S. The unit is on the 17th floor. Lots of nice touches such as a squeegee for the bathroom floor. For gym fans there is no gym. There is no balcony. Water can be ordered at front desk for room delivery. The neighborhood outside the property gate is crowded with narrow sidewalks not conducive to walking and borderline dangerous. There are no nearby restaurants with indoor seating. There is a 7/11 outside the gate. The single detractor was the abundance of cockroaches. They were ever present and everywhere. We had to rinse dishes before each use. An empty insecticide container shows this is an ongoing problem.

Nice and well equipped condo in a very popular and busy building located near lots of shops, restaurants, and nightlife. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it for anyone looking for a home away from home in an area with a lot of nearby options.

Annie's unit was a great! Close proximity to restaurants, shopping mall, theaters, grocery, church, and so much more. The gym had all the essential equipment for a good workout. The pool was well maintained and had a lap pool and an area for leisure swim. Concierge were always pleasant and helpful. Building is new and well secured. Hope to stay with Annie again when we ever get back in Town. Thanks Annie! 😊

Great stay at smart alexa system house!

This condo is great for exploring the area, but there are a few things to improve. The aircon placement needs a more stylish touch, and the overall design could be more appealing. Also, it's not ideal having the door right near the bed's head. Fixing these issues would make the condo more attractive and practical for potential residents.

The hosts work very to make sure your stay is comfortable. We had a baby with us and they purchased a playpen for our use before we arrived. Amazing! The house is large. 4 comfortable large beds with AC in every room including the living room. The best equipped kitchen we have stayed in. Every appliance you can imagine including the elusive toaster! More spices than I have at home. All the little extras are provided. They even deliver the water so you don’t have to go get it. Very kind. Hot water that works in the shower. Laundry and food are walkable. There is a vegan restaurant across the street As I mentioned the hosts work very hard for you. They offer shuttle service for a reasonable fee. A large group could very comfortably stay here. I would stay here again for sure.

Ms Abby's place is perfect for big group like a family vacation. The house is big, the kitchen is equipped with basic cooking and kitchen utensils, and the neighborhood feels safe. Tourist spots in Panglao are just a quick drive away. Ms Abby is a responsive host as well. Definitely worth our money staying in her place.

We had a great stay at this place, it’s worth the price. There was 11 of us, family group, the unit is spacious and we are able to do simple cooking like pancakes, fried eggs, rice etc, it’s so homey. Thanks to the host who lent us frying pan for cooking hahaha, they are so generous. Distance to airport - our flight was 5.30am, booking a grab car is so easy, super convenient; the airport is less than 10mins aways from the condo. No sweat! If I go back to Ceb, I will stay in the same place again.

I can see why such positive reviews! The studio is comfortable and somewhere I would stay long term. There is security guards everywhere even wiling to give directions. The 7/11 has an ATM close by the building. It’s easy for Grab car pick ups and food delivery services to access. The pool in front is pretty and gives good energy.

Nice place with all you need. I left my charger and the host kindly informed me immediately and coordinated have it returned back to me. Highly recommend this place to others.
