this place so far has been the highlight of our time here in Cebu great hosts, great staff, very very helpful. very clean and organized the only thing we recommend is putting more storage in this unit, cabinets and wardrobes

It was a great stay. Rhomell and Stephanie were quick with their responses with my inquiries. There was just a little bit snafu about towels but they were quick to remedy it, thanks so much! We availed of the van services and our driver was awesome! Although it was hard to find him at the airport for pick up, maybe if they gave use descriptions of the van or something beforehand and not at the last minute.. it was a bit far from town, but the front desk staff was really helpful in getting us transportation to the port.

Clean and heater in shower works well just hard to use data in the room .ni wifi

Place is really clean, nice and awesome. Kitchen has almost complete cooking equipment. There's a water dispenser so you get cold and hot water anytime but you have to purchase your own gallon for Php50. There are extra beds with blankets and pillows if you're more than 2. There are also towels, a soap and shampoo. TV is just basic TV but we never even used it. But I love that they had speakers, this we used. Definitely booking this place again if I just wanna have a staycation with friends or family.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The location is very convenient, with cafes and convenience stores just a short walk away. Check-in was smooth and flexible, and the air conditioner kept the room cool and comfortable despite the hot weather. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved: 1. There was a noticeable musty odor upon entering the room. Using a scent diffuser or air freshener could help improve the air quality. 2. Although there are several outlets in the room, only a few are functional. Bringing an extension cord can be a helpful workaround, but it may be worth having an electrician check the wiring. 3. The bed is comfortable, but it creaks loudly whenever someone moves or shifts positions, which can be disruptive during the night. Tightening the frame or upgrading it could make a big difference. 4. It would also be helpful to have a hook or rack in the shower area to hang clothes or towels With these improvements, the overall stay could be even better.

Short one night stay, perfect for us after a long flight and getting the ferry the next day. Comfy room and close to cafes, restaurants and 7/11 for breakfast or dinner. Friendly staff

I stayed here for the All Girls Marathon that I participated. Sir Warren (Host) was very responsive and helpful to my queries especially with helping me find a transportation going to Bogo City Hall because my run starts at 3am. The place was very clean and spacious. You really get the value of what you have paid for. We check-in smoothly and had a quick chat with sir Warren. Sir Warren and the his wife and their staff are very accommodating, which we loved! The place is nearby the public beach. Best to visit during sunset! Just one suggestion, I hope the blankets & pillows are thicker for a cozier feeling because the airconditioning gets really cold. 😊 Overall there's no negative thing I can comment on this place. Highly recommended, and will surely be our go to place in Sam Rem moving forward when visiting North!

Accessible to beach, walkable to any establishment.

The place is perfect for travelers who were looking for bed and bath. Not too expensive. Staff(s) is friendly and polite, even the owner as well. Its location is easy to find and below the building is a convenient store if in case u get hungry anytime you can buy foods and other necesstiies.

A good place to stay for the night if you plan to go to Bantayan Island the next morning. Only a few minutes drive to the port. Allowed late check-in for there is an avaible accomodating staff 24/7. There's a 7/11 at the first floor so very convenient!

It was a smooth stay. The staff were pretty much transparent about every little things. Accommodating and if you have issues in just few minutes they will come right at your door and do what's necessary. I've never stayed in the listing for so long as I was enjoying the Island while we were there.

Staff were nice even offered to keep my things after early check out because I went on island hopping the whole day on my last day of stay. Was even offered to use their cr to take a bath after island hopping

We had 1 night stay in this place and it’s a straightforward place to crash in if you want cheap rooms in Jagna. Despite the price, we had a comfortable stay.
