John was very responsive from pre-booking until we arrived at the place. He gave recommendations as to where we can buy some groceries, transportation and what places to visit in the area. The house was clean. There are cooking utensils, condiments, water heater and the bed was so comfortable. Definitely, the place is perfect for a quick timeout from city life. It is a bit far and requires a lot of transfers (if you prefer to save) yet it is worth it. Time in the island is so slow and you can visit a lot of places, take time swimming, snorkeling and visit the Punta Buluarte lighthouse. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We stayed at Don and Grace’s place for 20 days — and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. I’m currently preparing for a bikini fitness competition and follow a very strict diet. Don went out of his way to accommodate my needs — he even built a grill area after I mentioned it! The internet connection is excellent, perfect for remote work. I had several online meetings without any issues. The house is spacious and comfortable. We were 2–3 people and it was just right, but it can definitely accommodate more. It’s quiet at night, which allowed me to get the rest I needed. The local fish market is a 15–20 minute walk away, and there are small stores nearby for everyday needs. There were thoughtful extras included, like coffee, drinking water, and more — things you really appreciate during a long stay. The peaceful mornings by the river were absolutely priceless. Don and Grace are incredibly responsive. We would love to go back again soon! Highly recommended!

Beautiful, clean, and well-equipped studio surrounded by nature – right by the sea! You’ll hear only natural sounds like birds and crickets. Local fishermen sometimes fish nearby, and you can buy fresh fish from them to grill yourself – a great experience! The owner couple is very friendly and helpful. A scooter is available for rent at a good price and is absolutely necessary, as the location is a bit remote in a peaceful rural area. In return, you get total relaxation and a real connection to nature. It’s about 20 minutes by scooter to the Dao Integrated Bus Terminal. From there, yellow buses take you to the Chocolate Hills (2h), the Tarsier Sanctuary (1h), or the Loboc River (30 min) for around 2 euros. If you prefer more comfort, that costs around 60 euros from Alona Beach. Snorkeling is also possible right in front of the property, and other nice spots are easy to reach by scooter. Perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy peace, nature, the real Bohol, and snorkeling!

As someone who stays at Saekyung Village frequently because we visit my mother-in-law, this is the best airbnb unit here. We are so impressed with the cleanliness. Every detail, and even thought to it. It has everything you need, there is a 7-eleven within the village to get other stuff if need. Mind you, we are clean freaks, so I was impress with the bed linens and curtains. Thank you to Mohamad and his team for a wonderful, restful stay.

A great place to stay as your temporary home in Tagbilaran City. Feels like home with beauiful veranda and view of the sea. What we also love is we’re able to cook especially Bohol have fresh seafood!! Great value for money. Just make sure to book your transportation in advance..

Theres really not much communication needed with Grace as the place looked just as advertised… and more! She gave clear instructions from getting there to check in, assistance and check out. The place was perfect. It was simple yet it provided all the basic necessities you would need to feel comfortable be it short or long stay. It is the perfect getaway place for someone looking for peace and privacy. My family and I had the most incredible and wonderful stay with Peter and Rowena! Their house, garden, and location and most importantly their wonderful hospitality and friendship made us have the most amazing time ever! The house and garden and location is magic, right next to the most amazing snorkeling with a reef right in front of their house. The house is so beautiful with all the rooms and facilities you need and the garden and pool is incredible with views over the ocean and jungle that is a dream come true. Peter and Rowena are the most amazing hosts you can imagine. We had such an incredible time with them. We had so many wonderful conversations about life, received incredible advice and ideas about all the incredible things you can see and visit in Panglao. Great place to stay, and it's my second time there. The place does not disappoint! Kitchen is fully ready, with clean drinking water and many spacious rooms with beds. Just be cautions of mosquitoes and bring the right anti-insect repellant lotions. Otherwise, we had a great stay and will definitely be back again!

The place is huge! There are so many rooms and the space is perfect for big families or groups. We had no trouble finding the location, which was super convenient. The house had everything we needed, although the vibes were just a little bit spooky, just a little—nothing major. 😅 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we’re definitely coming back!

The room is so cozy and fits for group stay. It is highly recommended for those looking for peace and relaxation away from chaos. However, the swimming is always been crowded and has not enough space for they only have 1 pool divided into two. Indeed, overall experience is AMAZING! 😍 Thank you so much. 💙🩵🤍

Easy 5 star. Had a comfortable stay and appreciated the snacks and water upon arrival. Everything functioned as expected, and the host is very responsive and helpful. Patrick checked in on us throughout the stay and made sure we got everything we needed.

Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.

We had a great time the place is clean feels like home close to nature you can see the sunrise in the morning and the sea view is great there are restaurants nearby Supermarkets/24/convenience store near the beach accessible to everything.
