We had a fantastic experience staying at Ma'am Belle's place in the heart of Cebu City. The location is very convenient—close to restaurants, shops, and key tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Ma'am Belle was an exceptional host. She was always quick to respond to our inquiries and very helpful with directions and local recommendations, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. Her warm hospitality truly stood out. The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It felt like a home away from home. This was one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited and the surrounding area was amazing. Everything was at our fingertips and there were many places to visit and destinations to explore. The area was so peaceful and the people were so friendly. Maria and Chris were delightful to visit with and more than accommodating. A great place to stay as your temporary home in Tagbilaran City. Feels like home with beauiful veranda and view of the sea. What we also love is we’re able to cook especially Bohol have fresh seafood!! Great value for money. Just make sure to book your transportation in advance..

Theres really not much communication needed with Grace as the place looked just as advertised… and more! She gave clear instructions from getting there to check in, assistance and check out. The place was perfect. It was simple yet it provided all the basic necessities you would need to feel comfortable be it short or long stay. It is the perfect getaway place for someone looking for peace and privacy. Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum! Die Lage direkt am Meer, die offene Küche, die Zimmer und der Pool haben uns total geflashed. In der Umgebung gibt es ein paar süße Restaurants und wenig andere Touristen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der ein tolles Strandhaus mit viel Ruhe möchte.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this property. The interior and the pool looked just like the photos. Though the place is a bit aged, everything was clean, and the towels and bedding were fresh and crisp. It was clear how well David and his family care for the home — even the pool was beautifully maintained. Manager Allen was incredibly responsive and kind to our family’s needs. The firefly tour he arranged was an unforgettable experience — far better than others we’ve seen. When my niece wanted a nail service, David’s wife kindly took her. There was a small issue, but she did her best to help, and we’re very grateful. We also used the chef service — every dish was delicious, and both adults and kids enjoyed the meals. Our family had such a happy and memorable time here. If we come back to Bohol, we’d love to stay again. And lastly, thank you so much, Allen! :)

Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

I stayed at Jane's place for three months while working in Cebu City, and it was my second time here, I didn’t think twice about coming back. Jane is a fantastic, responsive host, though I hardly needed to reach out since everything went smoothly. The building is welcoming, with great amenities: a small shop downstairs, a filtered water dispenser for easy refills, a laundromat, and a pool with a study area that was perfect for working from home. The community feel really stands out compared to other condos I have stayed in before...it's a smaller building, so over time you get to know the friendly staff and neighbors. The unit itself is well-equipped with AC, a large fridge, a kitchen you can actually cook in, and a lovely view of the hills. It’s also in a great location..less than a 10-minute walk to IT Park and close to some excellent cafes and canteen. Traffic on Salinas Dr can be heavy, but the building sits on a quiet side road, making it peaceful despite the central location.

Everything is great. Some few roaches and ants but it’s understandable in the Philippines. Host is really responsive and kind. No hassle in checking in.

Everything is what is expected. It was quite difficult to get to the property because of the mud, it was raining that day when we went which is not the host fault. If it was sunny it would have been perfect. We just didn't expect that is would be very slippery and muddy. but overall it was great place to stay.

This is one of the most relaxing place we’ve ever had. Sometimes we thought we’re in Hawaii. Our 80 yr old parents didn’t have a hard time going around. The kitchen is clean, complete though the Gazebo could have been perfect if we decided to include it, but still we had a great time. The location is very private like having your own private beach. I definitely recommend this place to big families and small to mid size corporate team building outings.

the villa was actually even better than on the photos, very beautiful and spacious. great swimming pool and garden. there is staff on site if you need any help.

The place was great, my team and I had a great time. We were able to do basketball, volleyball, pingpong,billiards and bingo. Also good thing they have a kitchen outside near the games area for easy access. Will surely recommend this to others

Great place to stay, and it's my second time there. The place does not disappoint! Kitchen is fully ready, with clean drinking water and many spacious rooms with beds. Just be cautions of mosquitoes and bring the right anti-insect repellant lotions. Otherwise, we had a great stay and will definitely be back again!

Bill n’était pas là durant notre séjour mais sa femme Cristina nous a très bien accueilli et a été adorable. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner qui était très bon. L’endroit était magique, mieux qu’en photos et une fois arrivé sur le lieu, nous étions si triste de le quitter. Nous avons adoré cet endroit !

Had a great stay here with the family. There is food available for purchase via the café, or you can bring your own. Plenty rooms and space for everyone. Nice pool and area outside to grill.
