We stayed here in 2016 and it was even better than we remembered. A beautiful apartment, quiet and private, with amazing original features. The area is residential and round the corner is San Ambrogio food market. Lovely local restaurants all use fresh ingredients from the market. Wonderful evening in a street filled with locals enjoying food and drink. We could have spent the whole time exploring the locality.

We stayed in this apartment for 7 nights. The view is spectacular, overlooking the Tuscan countryside and with a small garden ideal for breakfast or relaxing. Inside there is also the space for the car that is really comfortable for. The house is impeccable in terms of cleanliness and truly with lots of utensils to use the kitchen. Alberto was really very kind and welcoming and if you need him, he responds right away. This destination is ideal for visiting all the villages and cities in the countryside and the restaurant nearby is divine. Unparalleled value for us.

We were there at the end of the season. It was very beautiful, relaxing and peaceful. All of the host were awesome!! They were extremely helpful and friendly. The landscaping was immaculate. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!! It felt like home.

The location couldn’t have been better—situated in a quiet neighborhood but just steps away from an amazing variety of restaurants. Whether we wanted a cozy café or fine dining, everything was within walking distance. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and attentive to every detail, making sure our stay was comfortable. The apartment was perfect! Very clean, cute, nicely decorated, and safe. It was in the absolute perfect location and I would totally stay there again. Instructions were clear and easy.

We had a great stay here. The apartment is remarkably quiet but also so accessible and walkable to all the restaurants and ships in historic district. Apartment was spotless and had all modern appliances and fixtures. Bed was super comfy and Romina was so helpful with recommendations and arrangements. Would absolutely stay here again.

It was in an incredibly beautiful location but it was kind of far from town and you would definitely need a car to get there. The distance and the means of getting there were extremely worth it as you got to be in the countryside and admire the natural beauty. Giovanni and Michela were very good at communicating all instructions and even gave us tips for what to do in the area. The apartment was very nice and clean. The upstairs patio and its views were breathtaking.

Stayed for a month so really had the chance to enjoy Tuscany and the surrounding area. Leonardo was a fantastic host with recommendations, quick responses, and assistance, making reservations when we needed help. The accommodation was exactly what we needed in a peaceful, beautiful location, but within easy reach of Tuscany towns and villages . We were able to go winetasting., catch the train into Florence and Leonardo was able to help us arrange for a chef to come in and provide a cooking class in our kitchen, which was wonderful!! I would happily return again and again

Wow — I couldn’t recommend this villa more! My friends and I stayed at Rosella’s villa for 5 nights and had the best time. The villa was beautiful, exactly as described in the listing — clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Rosella was the most amazing host — she went above and beyond to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. She and her team were always happy to help with any questions, and even gave us lifts to the station multiple times. I’d definitely recommend this villa and would love to come back!

Like the other guests, we were completely satisfied and were incredibly warmly received. It's a wonderful family. The accommodation had everything you need to live well and for a nice vacation. We got great tips for activities and felt totally comfortable. Francesco is a very charming, helpful host with whom we had nice conversations. We especially liked the care for children. Our child loved the toys provided, the large garden and the cats. Very clear recommendation.

It would be simply impossible to overstate how fantastic our stay here was. We're a well travelled family worldwide, and can honestly say we've never experienced anything quite like this week. The property is a hidden gem nestled in the side of the beautiful ancient village of Peccioli, surrounded by rolling hills of olive groves and vineyards as far as the eye can see. Enjoy breakfast/coffee in the private courtyard & gardens with morning sun pouring over you, or settle in for an evening listening to wildlife with a glass of Tuscan wine. The property is well equipped and boasts clean, tasteful sleeping area which my girls greatly enjoyed sleeping in the ceiling/mezzanine space! However, the big differentiator is Elena herself. You would be lucky to meet such a beautiful, warm, kind and sincere lady. She helped us enormously with local knowledge & advice about places we'd never have found, and can now say we'll never forget. Elena made this stay amazing, and we'll be coming back!!

We stayed at Elisa’s place for a week and were very happy with our experience. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While it wasn’t luxurious, it was peaceful, practical, and exactly what we were looking for. The location is beautiful and quiet — perfect if you’re looking to relax away from the crowds. We were traveling as a family with our 11-month-old baby, and the house was very suitable for that. Communication with Elisa was generally smooth, though responses could sometimes have been a bit quicker. The only minor downside was the internet connection, which wasn’t always stable. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to come back in the future. Thank you, Elisa!

The country house is beautiful and well maintained. Easy to reach by car and located in a very quiet area. Tommaso was very kind, the house was clean and tidy and there was everything you needed. Recommended!

We feel so lucky to of found Guido and his beautiful house. Firstly Guido could not be more helpful, so responsive, friendly and has the best recommendations! He made sure the house was spotless for our arrival, even the pool is so clean it was perfect. The house itself is stunning, stays lovely and cool in the heat but the garden is just drenched in sunshine. Guido has made sure you can bask in the sunshine by the pool or chill out in shade in the height of the afternoon. There are so many comfortable spots to sit in! The pool was lovely and refreshing when it was hot mid afternoon and looked beautiful in the evening. Tuscany is stunning, there's so much to explore - would heavily recommend a car for that. In walking distance there are a couple of very delicious restaurants and if you're feeling adventurous you can walk to the monostary nearby which is definitely worth visiting. Thank you Guido!

This air B&B was in a beautiful area of Tuscany with breathtaking views. The property had many areas to sit and enjoy the rolling hills.

A wonderful place to stay - unique artwork, spotless, excellent AC in each room, great and friendly communication, and close to the train station for an enjoyable ride to Florence! Would highly recommend!

The house is in the center of the old town, it is easy to go everywhere, this is really the biggest advantage, the room is on the top floor, the view is good, the only disadvantage is also because it is on the top floor, there is no elevator, the luggage is very large, plus if there are girls, you still have to be mentally prepared.

Lucia was an excellent host! prompt in her responses and consistently helpful throughout our stay. She kindly recommended a superb restaurant, where I enjoyed the best pasta I have ever tasted. The apartment was immaculate and well-maintained, making us feel immediately at home. It also featured thoughtful little touches that made a real difference. Lucia had kindly provided us with some drinks and sweet treats upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this cosy little apartment!

The accommodation is large and impeccable, located in a villa full of charm. Very well maintained and clean. Despite a problem with the air conditioning, we felt the owner was proactive in having it repaired. She ended up installing a removable AC that was sufficient. I would recommend it in a second.

Staying here made us feel like we were truly a part of Florence. The apartment is cozy, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly located—central to everything. Monica is an incredible host: warm, helpful, and full of fantastic recommendations. Their website is also a treasure trove of resources for planning your visit. EXCEPTIONAL CLEANNESS If you are a sensitive for the cleanness this is the place. I really felt like my home for the cleanness and was very satisfied. I will definitely come back if I come to Florence. Cosimo is the kindest host and his recommendations were amazing! It is located on 4th floor without elevator but our 5 years old boy could handle it well. We didn’t complain. And Cosimo helped to carry the luggage when we checked in. Location is so good as well! Close to everywhere. Thanks for your hosting! This was the best Airbnb of our 4 Airbnb in Italy.
