The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Poggio del Fattore is situated at the eastern edge of the Chianti region in Valdambra, a green valley that joins the lands of Florence, Siena and Arezzo. The farmstead is on the top of an hill and lies at the end of a long private road through a large olive growing estate; therefore you absolutely need a car. The breathtaking landscapes and the location of the villa offer the privacy needed for a peaceful and relaxing holiday and a perfect departure point from which to explore central Tuscany.

The estate is provided of external Jacuzzi, private garden and we can arrange for you bike or hike excursions. The Village of Gaiole in Chianti is just 5 minutes away by car.

The Loggia

Country house located in Radda, the heart of the Chianti, within walking distance from the historical center and other services such as; Coffee shops, Post Office,grocery stores and restaurants. The house is composed of a full equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa bed, bedroom, loggia and bathroom. The property is surrounded by a garden and there is a nice wooden table in the garden to eat in an open space and another lounge spot to enjoy the magnificent landscape.

Old hayloft on the Chianti hills

Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. Ancient Tuscan barn renovated in 2005, 75 sqm. The house, fully furnished and independent, consists of a ground floor with a large living room (kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher and oven), TV with satellite TV, a beautiful fireplace and a large wooden table and sofa bed, furnished with antique furniture in classic rustic Tuscan style. On the first floor: bathroom with shower and bedroom (double) with air conditioning.

Agriturismo Felciano is located in the beautiful Chianti hills, in the famous Conca d'Oro valley. The entire accommodation has been recently refurbished. The terracotta floors, the ceiling with beams and other typically Tuscan finishes have been maintained. The property sleeps up to 4 people.

La Pieve - the house next to the church

To the right of the Argenina church, after which it is named, it has the persuasive look of its 2 small arches facing west. Perhaps it was once the parish priest's house, or the one where cooking was done in the large wood-burning oven, who knows?
